Great service and price! No appointment and it only took 20 minutes, and that included the 5 minute wait time. Everyone was very friendly and the location was extremely clean.

Got my haircut on Friday. Decided on Saturday that it wasn't quite short enough. Went back Sunday and they we're happy to take another inch off. Highly recommend#

I went to get my haircut yesterday. There was a bit of a wait, but it was reasonable. The lady cut my hair perfectly. I'm so glad you guys are open. Thank you!

I show up, I give them my name and then watch as they let people show up after me go in ahead of me. I ask the attendant about it, and she says, "Oh they checked in online and there are 7 more people ahead of me when there are only 2 people sitting there. " Only one problem, three of the people that went ahead of me walked up and didn't check in online per their own statements. What a crock. Wasted an hour for nothing.

I was a little apprehensive going to Great Clips of all places and asking them to do something this drastic but read the reviews about this particular location and am glad I went! The only thing I wasn't a fan of was waiting and having to sit so close to other people while waiting. The chicka working on my hair was honest about her abilities and had another stylist help her with the design of the undercut because she wasn't comfortable doing it herself. I super appreciated that, especially since this was my first time ever shaving a portion of my head. She was superb and exact cutting the rest of my swing style cut. Overall I am very happy with this location and will be going back. So thrilled I can put my hair up on top of my head again!

If you want to get a good haircut or style, this is the place to go. The manager has been here a long time and styles my hair. She takes notes on my hairstyle and brings them up the next time I come in. They will honor coupons from any hair styling place, and they are very reasonable. Great Clips has their own coupons, too. I tip well because she does a good job and it is worth it. They have sales on hair products. A great place to go!

The check in on line is great for those it works for but if you can't get it be prepared to sit for hours! Will be going somewhere else for haircuts

Perfect place for quick trims, childrens cuts, mens shaves and even beard trimming.inexpensive however the stylist lack the training that an upscale salon could provide and my hair definately needs somebody trained.after i start looking good i will become unchained! I still choose against fortunes and famed! DONT FORGET AD-JUST THE TIP!

Horrible experience. I showed up about 20 minutes till close. I walked in. She told me to sit down. Didn’t even ask what I wanted. She was just gonna go off what I got last time. As she was cutting my hair she went too far up and gave me a bald spot. Not huge but u can tell. This is ridiculous. Told her to trim the top of my hair like 2 inches. She maybe did a half inch. Please contact me back. And what should I do. I will find out her name. It’s like she was mad she had to cut my hair cuz it was like 6: 40 and they closed at 7.

I went here after Fantastic Sam's messed my hair up terribly, and the stylist at Great Clips wasn't afraid to dive in and start cutting. She transformed it from a train wreck to a work of art. I would recommend checking in online, as they can get rather busy. I just wish they did eyebrows as well. I am due for a reshaping and trim, so I definitely will be back to Great Clips on Vogel. So, I need to change my rating. I went in today for a SHAPING and came out with something entirely different. Not to mention I had a pic with 4 different views of the hair cut I currently had. Keep in mind, all I wanted was a trim. Megan cut my hair twice before and was AMAZING. Another girl cut it before as well (I'm sorry I cannot recall her name) and she did an excellent job. I had a different one today. I am not sure if she is used to cutting guys hair but this was ridiculous. My hair cut is similar to Victoria Beckham's short asymmetrical bob, and again, I just needed it shaped. I ended up with a long on top pixie cut, not even in the back, sections on each side are longer than they should be and the side that is supposed to be shorter is actually longer than what's supposed to be the longer side. Not to mention she didn't even trim my bangs. My hair is so short in back, it is not at all stacked like a bob and doesn't blend well with the longer pieces. I have a line that runs horizontal in the back as well. I am not one to get upset about hair cuts because hair grows back. But this time I was highly upset because I provided her with a picture of the hair cut from all four angles, and she completely ignored it. I am extremely disappointed with my hair and am nervous to go back to have it shaped up and corrected because I have no idea what I will walk out with. My final edit. I went back to have my hair fixed tonight and they did it at no charge, which was very nice. My mom had a stylist that she really liked so I asked for her. BRITTANY, YOU ROCK! She turned what I was sure would have to be a short pixie into a work of art. Granted, it is not what I originally went in for on Sunday, but I really like what she did tonight. It's a shorter version of an asymmetrical swing bob and absolutely adorable. Thank you so much Brittany for turning the train wreck into a work of art! You are my go to girl now!

Amanda (I believe her name was) was amazing to me and she helped my son out. Yesterday, my 17yr old son, who knows everything there is to know about everything, was given some money to go get his haircut. He comes back home, comes inside and I couldn't tell he had anything done! I thought he was joking, then he turned and I saw his cleaned up neckline. So I called Great Clips this morning to see what could be done and Amanda said they'd take care of it. They did take care of it, after school today. It was Amanda I talked to, and Amanda who cut his hair the second time today, which now looks great! He likes it long, which would be alright if he kept it clean and combed it sometimes, but he doesn't. So until he's on his own, he'll be going to this Great Clips. They were wonderful people there.

Worst haircut I have EVER received will never come back. The lady who cut my hair I think it was her first day. She told me I had 5 inches and she would take off 2 inches. She took off maybe 3 and a half inches. I also asked for a 3 on the sides, She used maybe a 2. In my opinion she deserves to be FIRED. WILL NEVER COME BACK!

My stylist megan did a wonderful job fixing my hair that was messed up from a different place next time I need a hair cut I'm definitely gonna request her

Always a great place to get a haircut. Service is fast, professional, and the prices are great! I also like the check in feature - I can check in, run errands, and when it's my turn, come in and get my hair cut.
