Got in and out quickly. Very nice staff at this location. I just get a basic cut, so they don't need much time.

Brenna gave me a hair cut and shaved the sides. She was amazing she took the time to make it perfect for me. She was amazing and great to talk too. I will be going back to her again and again for my buzz and trim!

Always a good experience! Checked in from home, ran an errand, got a text at 15 minutes, in and out! And Ashley was AMAZING with my son's mop of hair!

Came to this location a year now. All stylists I've been helped by are polite & efficient.

My son had to have his hair fixed this is the second time it's happened and they don't give refunds they only try to fix it.which is wrong when you don't trust them to cut your hair.

You're better off saving your $20 and getting a lace front wig on Amazon. That's what I'm doing now because they couldn't cut the mullet of my grown pixie cut.

Not a good cut this time. Once I got hone and could really check it out, I noticed that one side of my bangs was shorter than the other. Top doesn't lay right.

Michelle at the Crystal City location is the best stylist! She knows exactly what I want and not because it’s in the computer! She’s personable and is easy to communicate with. She’s the reason I go to that location.

The moment we walked in I knew it wasn't going to go well. My little girl wanted to give some thought to her haircut, but was rushed to sit down regardless of the lack of people waiting. The stylist couldn't come up with 2 words to say to my 6 year old and proceeded to rip through her long hair that she made tangly by ripping through it each time. She didn't use any spray, try to wet her hair, or even use a quality brush. The brush she had appeared to be from 1992. My 11 year olds stylist seemed much more friendly, but he did have chunks of hair we had to trim off when we got home.
I promised my little girl that I'd never take her back here again.

If you make an online appointment you get in and out really fast get a good haircut. Great value. Very friendly employees

Yesterday, I received a bonafide five-star experience at this location and was blown away by how much value I got out of a 16 dollar haircut. My stylist, Jaleeson was kind, personable, and professional from start to finish. This is the first time I’ve been truly astonished by the service at great clips, and I highly recommend finishing your next haircut with their shampoo and condition done with premier quality salon product. The wash was mesmerizing and gave me a great boost of energy to start my day off. I went in expecting a “nice and quick” haircut and walked out feeling like I’d been to a top notch barber downtown. Thank you again for your warm professionalism, I will surely be spreading the word about my experience.

Apparently they didn't have time for me it was quarter after 6: 00 when I got there and they said they were already booked past 7: 00 so they told me to come back tomorrow. I won't!

Short wait because I didn't log in on line. I'm keeping my longer so I only needed a trim. I saved some money!
