Great Clips, Excelsior Springs MO

My sons words were " I love it " as he walked back to me sitting in the lobby and everyone there heard him he was that excited or proud of his haircut he hates haircuts because they usually aren't what he is expecting, they got us in really fast after we checked in online.

My son and husband go to great clips all the time I don’t know what happened today but whoever cut his hair needs to be fired my sons hair is jacked up now I have to pay another place to fix his hair will not return to excelsiors great clips#getyourshittogetherorgoonsomewhereelse

My stylist seemed more interested in one of the other customers than me. She also had trouble following my instructions for cutting my hair.

The only thing I could say is I had to wait a short while other than that everything was perfect

Super quick visit. Checked in online and got out faster than the stated 26 min check in time.

Great haircut, but they no longer have coupons and you no longer have to sign if using a card

Took my 10 year old Grandson to get his hair cut at the Excelsior Springs location. I want to give a shout out to Shelby who cut his hair. He said if there was a word better than LOVE to describe how much he liked the cut he received, he would use it. Thank you Shelby for listening to what he wanted and delivering! =)

They keep a smile on their face even when they are short handed, great place for a good haircut.

I like getting my hair cut at this location. I have no complaints. If only I could remember the name of the lady who cuts my hair because she does an excellent job!

Everyone was so helpful and wonderfully kind! They always make sure my son leaves them looking great and the price is quite affordable.

Was on the list for a wait time of 20 minutes when I arrived. My name was I assume accidentally removed. I understood why someone who had checked in online was taken before me. But because my name was removed I was completely ignored. After the woman who checked in 10 minutes after I arrived was called up, I left. I was dissapointed in that customer as well. She must have known I was there before her because I was the only other person in the establishment. Will not return

The woman who cut my hair was so rude I was going to walk out. I should have. I don't know her name but she was an older woman with shoulder length hair it was wavy kind of a red/gray. I won't be back. I've never been talked to like that.

Have been going here for little over a year now since my regular stylist went somewhere else. Tish is always pleasant to deal with and always great for a few laughs. Never left disappointed.

Took my son and I wasnt sure about the cut he got in the first place but once we washed his hair, I realized how bad the haircut was. It looks like a bowl cut. It's awful! I'm tempted to shave his head. Not at all what we wanted

So many yummy choices. Clean and friendly place to take the family. Something to make all family happy. From chicken to pork and beef. This is a great place to eat. Often very busy. This is a great place to go with family, or by yourself! A little bit of everything. I suggest giving it a few tries

Didn't really get that wow factor with the stylist but the location the hours and the quickness was the overall positive

Tonia deserves a raise and a 5 star review. Unfortunately her coworker does not! After dealing with an older blondish/gray haired lady (no name tags) …. I am so glad Tonia was there to give my son the haircut we came in for. The place was empty due to the chiefs game being on. This person has always been rude the way she asks my son to sit up in the chair. When I gave her an example of the hairstyle he chose (wanted to switch up his usual style) she smirked at me, questioned me a bunch, then asked “do you know what the back of his head looks like? ” Well, clearly I don’t because the picture was of the side. Instead of being helpful or giving advice like most stylists would, she smirked in my face and questioned me. I’m not sure why, but this is the second time she has made me uncomfortable and almost likes to make you feel stupid. I don’t like the attitude. I don’t like feeling like I’m asking too much- a haircut? As if she’s too busy 2 hours before close and with no other customers waiting. Tonia completed exactly what we asked for with a smile and it took less than 15 minutes! She was compensated more than planned thanks to her very rude coworker.

Good service/ haircuts. Price is ok I'd you have a coupon. Worth it, even if you don't.

A year ago I gave you guys a 1 star rating but I had a 5 star experience today. Im not sure the name of the stylist but she did a really good job on my hair

She listened and did exactly what I wanted. I checked in on line, walked in and was seated at a booth with in 5 min. I was early otherwise I would have been seated as soon as I arrived.
I used a coupon n gave her what I would have paid with out the coupon as a tip. First time using them and ill be back.
