They did okay this time but normally I have to go back In to have do it correctly so I stopped going there

I get my hair cut from Charmell in cross keys great clips an she does a great job every time an is very pleasant. I would go to anyone else

Shar is the best! Every time I walk in this location I know when I see her, I am going to get the best customer service and haircut in town. She is always positive and pleasant. She knows me by name and absolutely does a fantastic job cutting my hair.

Missed spots, I found out later. Pretty sure the stylist had some nervous disorder, hands were "stuttering" as she cut my hair. I sympathize but still, maybe it's time for a different career path. Someone could get hurt.

I’m natural so i don’t get my hair cut often but when i do there’s no need to spend a ton at the salon great clips gets me right every just gotta find a location with workers who are familiar with your hair type!

Walked in for my fiancé to get his hair cut I had my child and my 6 week old puppy as well. The white female with medium long hair was super skinny got extremely rude with me saying I couldn’t be in there you all lost business from us and won’t be going there again to this location. It was all fine and dandy that I couldn’t go in with our puppy but there was no reason to be rude like she was. She should not work in customer service or around customers if she’s going to act that way.

My husband and I walk in we got severs right way lady did are hair cut was really nice other was on so really nice as well very clean working area both of us will come back for another haircut thank you ladies for everything

I’ll be honest with you. I’d prefer to leave a 3.5. The way I was greeted I was so turned off and annoyed instantly. The lady at the front was so rude towards me, even my kids pointed out how badly her Attitude was without me having to say anything about it at all. The hair came out great they loved it, but I doubt we will be going back there again, which is a shame.

Love the check-in and there was no wait just like it said. Definitely going back for my shape-ups.

Got my ends cut by Robin. She only needed my hair blow out and not flat ironed in order to clip my ends. I love the online check-in system.

Very un attentive. She asked me how I wanted it faded and did what she wanted I guess. I evan tipped her. Had to come back to get my sideburns shaved off like I originally asked. Then she just gave them a hard line and not the fade that I asked for.
I guess that's what I get for going to great clips

On 10/31/20, I went in for a trim. The stylist/manager, Amanda did not do a thorough job and I knew it leaving. I went back today and luckily the stylist from my last visit, Robin, was available and gave me another great cut. (Location: Cross Keys)
