Great Clips, Nixa MO

I don’t understand why this nixa location is still open. I took my two boys up there to get a hair cut. Both hair dresser did not listen to what I wanted and couldn’t even copy a picture of what we were going for. One kid came out with hardly any hair and the other had a straight up bowl cut. After leaving I took the one with the bowl cut somewhere else and got it fixed. I will NEVER go back.

Carrie is awesome not only will she come in when the air conditioner is broken, she is very personable and gives great cuts plus i love how she shapes my beard. Highly recommended!

I hear you. Appears as though bad haircuts abound at this establishment. I received a really bad haircut at this place a few weeks ago, went in to fix what was wrong so they could redeem my confidence, and was told my “bad haircut guarantee” had expired. I went to another place to get a haircut, asked if their “bad haircut.guarantee” expires and they told me that if at ANY time I am not satisfied with their service, they will take care of me. They also said that it is standard to do that. I will never go to any Great Clips again.

We’ve been a few times over the years with few issues - but son has had 2 awful haircuts in a row. Marci cut it today - patchy, uneven, and when he told her not to touch the top- she followed whatever was in their system (which he told her he wasn’t happy with). It’s prom week & we are having to find somewhere to fix what she butchered. NEVER again. Don’t let Marci touch your hair!

Been there twice for a hair cut, left with exactly the opposite. I was scared to have anyone fix it both times. Skip it. You get exactly what you pay for.

I would be better off having a toddler cut my hair they do not listen they cut way to short and started cutting my even before I said when and cut to short I would not go here again

I stopped in for a quick haircut for my great grandson. They got him right in and the stylist did a great job. He loves his cut. Thank you!

This is a good location. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. This location is easy to get to, and there's plenty of parking. I recommend checking in online to save your wait time.

I came in for a much needed hair cut. The first lady tried, but she couldn't give me the cut I wanted. Then the hairdresser who cut my hair before came in and gave me the exact cut i wanted. Valerie was awesome. She is in the Nixa, Missouri location
