Great Clips, Twin Oaks MO

I have been to the Twin Oaks location a total of 3 times. The first time, the stylist cut my hair exactly as discussed and I was delighted! When it was time for a trim, I returned and requested the same stylist and stated that I wanted a TRIM to clean up the ends but to keep the same cut. Well, she had other ideas and cut in layers that I hadn't had before and didn't blend the cut. I didn't return because I didn't want any more hair cut off in an effort to try to fix it. I chalked it up to human error and moved on. I waited a few months to let my hair grow out a bit and returned and got a different stylist. I discussed my displeasure with the prior cut and was EXPLICIT in what I wanted done (and NOT done). Again, short layers were cut into the sides before I could stop her. My hair is not difficult to manage or cut so it's not clear to me why it happened a 2nd time. Not going back. I can't keep "dealing with" bad haircuts. Giving 2 stars because the first cut was good.

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME. WE WENT TO THIS PLACE FOR MY KIDS HAIRCUT. ALL THEY DO IS TRIM OFF EVERYTHING! THEY WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOUR INSTRUCTIONS EVER. THEY ALWAYS RUIN MY KIDS HAIR! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!

I was there near closing time (checked in online). Cheryl took her time and listened to me. Kudos!

I was a walk in, and received service right away. Staff was very friendly, and I received a great haircut.

Sharon is a great stylist. Confident and experienced. Handles curly hair and listens what you want.

Made my appointment online and within an hour I my haircut was finished. Always accommodating and great service.

Sharon is the best! Her cuts & styles are worth at LEAST double what you'll pay here at GC. She is patient, kind & caring. Very talented, with 30 yrs experience. She is great with all hair types & styles. A+

The picture I showed her of myself didn’t have my sides shaved off, didn’t ask me if I wanted them shaved off, and yet she shaved them off anyway. The haircut would’ve been fine and I wouldn’t be writing this if she left my sides alone. Should’ve at least asked first before taking a razor to them without me knowing what she was doing

I like the fact that they save the cut information from your previous visit. Also, like the online checkin.

Staff here is great, my son & husband always get a great cut. We only know Sharon by name, who really does a great job but we are happy with complete staff.

Don't go here. You may get any disease. HiV or something like that the clippers they use never cleaned. Hair deposits for a long time. Don't get contagious diseases. Becareful

Sharon always does an excellent job cutting my hair. I always request her. Very happy with how she cuts it, very professional and friendly
