The lady that cut my hair was good. She cut it the way I want it to be cut, I'm the one is wearing the hair style not her.

I happily drive 20 minutes to this location bc of the way I'm treated every time. I feel welcomed when I walk in and never feel like I'm bothering the greeter. Michelle always cuts it the way I ask and I get tons of compliments!
Worth every penny!

Haircut was trash, you get line jumped even know they clock you in. Won't recommend this one.

Go see Maria! First time to the Watts Mill location and couldn't be happier! Friendly hello as I walked in after doing online check in. Took my seat and watched these two wonderful stylists exhibit their skills not just cutting hair, but being so friendly to the people in the chairs. It set ME so at ease. And each customer left feeling happy and looking great. Maria gave me a haircut and eyebrow trim. Attention to every detail! I have found my new Great Clips location. It's in Watts Mill. I've had the worst haircuts of my life at Great Clips on 103rd State Line. The lady who cut my hair was rude and unapologetic, and she completely ruined my long hair. I felt so upset that I started crying. Another lady tried to fix it, but I was too upset to continue. They lady didn’t even say sorry. Worst experience I have ever had. Do not go there.

Worst experience. Had a small cut and the lady, she is not at all professional. He is using the zero cut trimmer in a rude. My neck got red and and even had a cut. Don’t go over there and I felt like she is drunk too. And she ruined my hair. Worst hair cut of my life.

The stylists were very nice. I went there to fix a bad cut from another great clips. There was not much she could do. I won’t be using Great Clips again. Very disappointed

Think this store has had a complete change of staff. Had a new lady and she did a good job.will return again.
