The people here are amazing! Very understanding & willing to work with you. Very good at showing you the basics & explaining where to go & what to do to safely learn any and everything you need to know about how to handle a firearm. Great with first time firearm owners.

Walked in the store to try and purchase a new glock. As I walked up to the counter the guy behind gun cases started walking away obviously did not want to help me or make a sale.

The owner and all the employees here are great. Nice, professional, and friendly. They also hold a nice and relevant inventory of items for sale. Definitely set the bar high when it comes to running a local gun store. Highly recommend that you check this place out!

One of the only places that always has ammo in stock, no matter how short everyone else's selection gets. Always fair pricing on firearms and great selection

This place is OK most the guns and ammo are overpriced now days. Cheaper at academy and bass pro usually especially in the past.

I called up here to see if a product had arrived that I ordered a man answered the phone very rude and snappy definitely needs to work on some customer service skills.

When I arrived at the store two younger lady's were at the front counter and the greeting was "hey" and then just bank stare. Again little customer service training is needed, but at least the young ladys weren't particularly rude.
There was two older ladies who were kind and very helpful so that was a nice change.

Prices are hiked up a good bit on everything. The freedom seeds were about a quarter more each than other shops. I'm used to seeing a slightly higher price in shop but ouch.

All in all this was my second experience here my first one was almost identical. I don't think I'll be going back. FFL are a dime in a dozen around here and everyone I know likes to go into a shop and chat and fellowship. Sadly I doubt many people get that here.

Wonderfully well stocked establishment. I dropped by for ammo, ended up getting an extra EDC (you can never have too many) Thanks for the many pleasant visits. "I'll be back"

This place rocks amazing guns and prices. The staff is awesome and remembers me and my dogs every time I come in even if it’s been 6 months or long since my last visit

Honor and integrity are the first two words that come to mind when I think of this gun store. I purchased an item here only to return and it had been marked down by $100.00 the next day. I hadn't even pick up my new purchase I left feeling salty, I can't lie. Only to stop in the next day I mentioned it to the owner she calmly said let me look into that for you when she approached me the next time she touched my arm and said get what you need then come talk to me at the register. Little did I know she gave me a $100.00 dollar store credit I definitely did not expect that I'm a lifer now Mrs. Kathy lol when you do right by your customers they will do right by you.

I went to Great Guns for the first time and the gentleman I was talking to was very helpful and polite; however, I had an out-of-state driver's license due to being Active Duty military for for 17 years (which you CAN buy rifles and shotguns in MO with) and there was a younger girl who was really rude about it and made a scene which was highly un-nessary and very rude! I will take my business elsewhere and not come back here.

Great store. All the staff are very nice and knowledgeable. I had a little wait while waiting for background check but enjoyed the entire time talking with the staff. Fun place and I will be going back. Oh and they have great prices.

It was a wonderful experience getting my first hand gun which was a sig sauer. It was very fast and easy process and the person behind the counter was very helpful in giving info on the sights to put on the gun later
