Greenwood Country Tearoom reviews
20Keira was a wonderful waitress, she was very knowledgeable about the menu and gluten free options. Thr cook was very accommodating with cooking gluten free options. And the food was so good as well as the dessert!
We had a party of seven for my birthday Saturday. We had made reservations and enjoyed it very much. I liked having a happy birthday banner on our table. The food was good and fresh. The atmosphere was cozy. We enjoyed visiting the store after our lunch. Can’t wait to go back!
This place is wonderfully charming, offering a menu of delectable homemade "brunch" options and desserts, as well as a variety of fresh brewed teas.
What a wonderful experience. Service was great, food was delicious! First time but definitely not last.
What can I say one if my favorite places to go when in the area and don't get me started on the desserts
While the atmosphere and food were great for a late lunch, the service was less than impressive. Asked for a Waldorf chicken sandwich with gluten free bread instead of the croissant bread or cinnamon raisin bread. Received the sandwich with a croissant. Another order at our table requested a Mediterranean salad without chicken and no feta cheese. The salad came out covered in feta cheese. Another order got a completely different sandwich than what was ordered. It felt like we had very little service, the food took forever and was incorrect when it arrived. Was not even offered a discount on the ticket for all the mistakes and slow service. Overall not impressed.
Quiet antique setting, friendly server. Tasty meal. Enjoyed the antique shop after our lunch.
Oh my! The decor, the service, the quaintness would alone make it a wonderful place to eat, but the food is just as sensational!
What’s not to love about this place? ! The food, teas, desserts, service, atmosphere- all wonderful! So fun for all generations. Can’t wait to go back.
One of the best Tearooms around! You will not regret going! Go and enjoy yourself! I have never had anything I don't love. Save room for dessert. The presentation alone will blow you away!
Seems very popular with locals. We didn't get to try it because my group did not think ahead and make a reservation. Inside a store with rental areas of antiques. In a group of out buildings for an auction place. Parking is odd and full at lunch but seemed popular. Will try again soon with a reservation.
Nice atmosphere, good food and hot tea. The first pot was great but second was like hot water. The waitress said the boss didn't want a new teabag put in the second pot. Ask for a new tea bag each pot to avoid this nasty situation.
Wow- great place to go to celebrate, catch up with someone or you just want to try something new! I only wish it were closer! Throughly enjoyed my tea and sweet lunch that wasn’t too heavy or over powering. The desserts were AMAZING and fun to walk around the antique shop after the tea/meal. I would take people who are visiting here cause I loved it so much! Great staff too!
My 1st time @ tea room. Soup of the day was good, however my sandwich had little to no meat @ all.mostly bread.
I regularly stop purchasing some food in this place. I loved the swift service and well cooked food. I recommend this place.
The tearoom is lovely; I had a wonderful time with a friend. Staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, as well as accomodating. The food is delicious and the tea is worth a five star all on its own. The fellow customers were nice, and perusing the antiques prior really allowed us to enjoy the trip. It was meant to be a small little thing, but really made our day. Absolutely fantastic place, would recommend!:)
My first time here, but definitely not the last one. We had a group of seven and from beginning to end everything was perfect. I think everyone ordered something different and were all happy with our choice. I tried a turkey artichoke sandwich with frozen fruit salad. Both were outstanding.can't wait to go again.
Delicious food, very attentive staff. Hosted a baby shower here and had a fantastic experience!
We’ve been to the tearoom twice and have been extremely satisfied both visits. The atmosphere is quaint and cozy, the staff pleasant and attentive and the food delicious. We’ve enjoyed everything we’ve tried; a particular favorite being the blackberry grilled cheese. They recommend reservations for a reason and by the end of the day are usually out of something…so order dessert first!
