Horrible customer service! Had to return a dryer because my 220 outlet is broken, was told over the phone to come in and get a refund less the delivery which seems fair, then was given a bunch of hassle when I got there. Rude, arrogant, completely unhelpful. On the upside, delivery/service guy was very nice!

They came and fixed the broken legs on my stove the very same day I called. Excellent customer service.

I've purchased a stackable washer/dryer and a upright freezer from Greg's Appliances. They are great appliances which have made my life easier. The customer service at this place is top notch. I won't be getting my appliances from anywhere else.

They don’t show up when they are supposed to for deliveries but the worst part is over a hour past when they are supposed to show up u call to check to see what’s up. The lady that answered the phone was rude and just says they should be there soon and hangs up.smh

Did a wonderful job fixing my washer and dryer. This was probably at least 5 years ago, my neighbor suggested him. He was polite and respectful. He fixed my washer AND dryer. I don't quite remember what I was charged, but it wasn't very much for what he had to do. As a single Mom, I was so thankful. Thankful he was a Christian, also. I dont have them but they are still working today.

Great honest guy. Knows his appliances! Can fix about anything. If not he will set you up!

Saleslady was pleasant but no manuals on any of the appliances and only like a 30 day warranty and want to charge to come to Cameron if any issues. Did not purchase.

My family and I really enjoy Greg's appliances.
Bought a washer and dryer a year and a half ago with a lifetime warranty. Our Washer stopped spinning and draining called Greg's and they looked at it and figured out the issue and got it fixed for us.
You won't see us getting any type of appliances anywhere else but here!

I would highly recommend this company and will definitely call on them again for any future services that I may need. Service guy was knowledgeable and very prompt with the repair.

They change the part I don’t believe needed to even be changed. My fridge raider started working fine. They change the part anyways and now I’m having issues with my refrigerator. I called them to have them come fix it several times and they still have not fixed it it’s been an almost a month now. This is unacceptable
