Greg's Mower Shop has serviced my Zero turn since I purchased it. Their service is first class and thorough at a fair price. They keep me mowing clean sharp every year.

Excellent customer service!
I'm Extremely satisfied with our purchase. If you need anything related to small engine repair or service, or simply need a new machine this is your guy.
They service just about anything with an engine. Lawn mowers, Weed eaters, blowers, saws, blade sharpening.whatever you're after. Extremely knowledgeable and absolutely friendly!

I took my zero turn mower that had been sitting for almost 2 years. Greg communicated with me through the entire process. When I picked up the mower and got home to mow "the forest" that was my back yard, the mower was running like it was brand new. Great service, low prices. Thank you!

Well I've only met him once and he don't seem to be a ripoff like most lawn mower repair places are as long as he treats me like I want to be treated I'll treat him like he wants to be treated

I'm late in leaving this review, but want to say how much I appreciate the service I receive from this shop. It takes time to get your mower back, but after picking up my small mower from the shop I see why. They are swamped at times. They let you know when they look at your mower what they have to do to repair, parts that have to be ordered, and the cost of repair. It would have cost a lot more to have to replace my old mower. I had a bit of trouble pulling the starter cord when I brought it home, but it was me. I did not fully engage the bar. Not a bit of trouble starting now. I have my push mower back and won't have to pay 4 times as much to replace a good one. Thank you! Mary Slagle

Good Service. I have known Greg many years, when he had his mobile service and shop over on Hightower ST. He has repaired my mover several times over the years and always does a good job. With his new shop, he is busier than ever. I wanted to thank him for taking time to help me remove my old mower blades that I could not remove at home, earlier this Spring. I did not have an appointment, but just took my mower deck by his shop and asked for his help getting the nuts off. He jumped into my problem and soon found out they were stuck and not coming loose.he then put a chisel point in his impact hammer and peeled the nuts off. I was on my way. (I know he will remember this, as one of him power tool sales reps was there and tried one of his new tools, to no avail) Thank you so much for that special attention. I will be back to see you again and recommend you to all my neighbors and friends.

After calling the shop to see if they could help me with a mower that would not start, they said they would be glad to take a look at it and perform any maintenance needed. They promptly came and picked it up the next day and I waited for a call back.

After 3 or 4 days had passed I called to check on it, and the man that greeted me on the phone, chuckled, and said they were at least 3 weeks away from being able to take a look at it. This was news to me.

I was not informed the shop was three weeks behind and was expected to wait a month. Given grass does not stop growing while this mower shop catches up, I then asked if he would be willing to use the delivery service to drop it off at another shop in Nixa ready to take a look at it.

His response? "That's not how I do business buddy"

My only recourse was to pay them the delivery fee to bring the mower back. Yes, even though I was being made to pay the delivery fee, I was not allowed to instruct them where to take it.

Small engine shops are a dime a dozen, I recommend you find one that values communication and customer relationships.

UPDATE: Once I got my mower back, I called "Sharpeez Mower Maintenance", he came to my home within the hour, diagnosed the mower, took it back to his shop, and had it back to me in good shape a day later.

My dad took my go kart in to fix a broken wheel. With every thing on it, nothing missing. When we got it back the chain cover was missing the battery was missing and the kicker, the wheel was put on backwards. He was nice and all when we confronted him but still it was a bad job.we ask for the battery back and when we went home we realized we got the wrong battery back. Also i never started the go kart so I don’t know if It work before but judging how job was done he might of broke it. And said it did not work before. Some people say that he does a good job a maybe he does but for us that was different. I think when Greg does the work him self it is good but when his Assistant does it it’s not so good, you can take you chances here but I, m not going here again. So that’s the review of this place.

Called to set-up drop off of backblower said would take 3weeks after 3weeks called to see if it was done told by employee would be another week got backed up which completely understood waited about a week and half. Was in the area stopped to see if was told it was still a couple back and would be another week or so. The only really problem for me was the fact it kept getting pushed back. Had used Greg's when he was mobile mechanic thought he did awesome. Just wish would have been more realistic on time frame and up front that the time frame was an estimate not we will be on it in 3 weeks and review would have been different

The worst customer service, the owner will curse at you if you bring an issue up. Not very professional at all, I will look for a new shop next time.

Great service my 16 year old mower lasted in the heat all mowing season no issues! Definitely recommend
