Always plan for and stop at Grizzly when we go to Springfield, MO. Purchased a new sander and supplies. Quick and easy. Very helpful and efficient.

If you love metal working or wood working you will love this store. There is a large selection of both metal and wood working equipment. The store is clean and well laid out. The store also has a large showroom.
I have not bought any of the metal equipment but I have bought a few woodworking machines and they are all of good quality.
One other thing the store in Springfield is at the corner of two busy streets which makes it easy to find.

Very disappointment, I was approved for quite few machines and no one even call.
I call myself few times and each time I was told someone will contact me about placing my order.
Shop around guys! I was about to spent 5 k on planer after delivery to my shop but instead I start looking on craiglist and find - brand new for 2800.00
Very disappointment witch customer service.

My son brought a planer though the scrach & dent, so no warranty. My planner just quit me today. So I called the technician, they are sending me the parts that I need to fix it. So far it's only costing me $7.90. They are so good to work with, and they keep apologizing for what has happened. I hope that what they are sending works, we will find out. Thanks again to the technicians for being so easy to work with and helping me out.

Edit: They ultimately accepted that the item was missing and they replaced it in a timely manner.

A missing $16 item turned into an ordeal to get it replaced. Pretty unfriendly. Otherwise bargain tool quality is appropriate for the price and similar to Harbor Freight.

I have dealt with Grizzly since the early 1990s. Great prices and a very knowledgeable staff. Just about all my woodworking tools have come from Grizzly. Thanks again!

I was there today the service was great. The person that met me in the back of the store was friendly and found what I wanted. I looked around and found three more things to buy. I left very happy.

Great customer service! After discussing all the different options of various saws I bought a G0941 saw and couldn’t be happier with it. I’m now in the process of rebuilding my garage workspace to optimize the saw. The picture is a 7’ MDF workbench that it cut no problem. I’ve also cut 3/4” birch plywood and some 3/4” exterior plywood with perfect results. I would encourage anyone to consider Grizzly tools for their next purchase.

First time and only time Grizzly customer. In the day and age where you can run down to the big box stores and get something and if you need to return it you can for up to 60 days, even if its gently used. Unfortunately Grizzlys extremely strict return policy is about as outdated as you can get for a 2022 online company. I purchased a dual 12 inch disc sander which i realized wasn't going to fit my application, and the returns person asked me if its used. Of course it was used for about 2 mins. Unfortunately he wouldn't budge and said they wouldn't be able to sell it new. I wish i would have lied to him. Now how does this make sense for me to buy something and not use it to figure out if it works for what im trying to do. So anything you buy at Grizzly if you use the product they wont accept the return. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER THING FROM GRIZZLY INDUSTRIAL. THEIR RETURN POLICY IS NOT PRACTICAL AND OBSURD. I give Grizzly a 1 star because the return specialist was extremely nice.

Buyer Beware - DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR RESPONSE BELOW. AT NO POINT HAVE THEY BEEN ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS. This company scammed us out of a product. We ordered a product paid for it in full with shipping almost two weeks ago. The customer service with grizzly is terrible, it's an email/call center from out of the country. The shipping company has told us everyday the product will be delivered next day. The product has been one hour away "according to them" in a warehouse but they "do not have time to deliver it" for seven days now. We are contacting our bank and reversing charges on this purchase after the most frustrating experience I've ever experienced.

Love grizzly products. Everyone working there is knowledgeable and outstandingly friendly.
My one complaint.i bought a table saw and was told it was a 2019 unused model. Well it is a 2016 scratch/dent model. The age deception and being told it was new but was tagged differently when I picked it up. Don't get me wrong, it still looks new. But dam, thts misleading.do better please

For the two guys who loaded the saw. You guys did a great job wrapping it up. I drove in the rain for 5 hours. The saw was still dry.

Grizzly is a great store with very competitive prices

Woodworkers dreamland. Not so bad for metalworkers either. Incredible array of machines on display with most in stock at the warehouse across the street. Great, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Will be making regular visits.

We’ve spent a fair share of money on these tools over the years, starting around 2014. The tools are high quality and Grizzly stands behind the, providing excellent support and customer service when needed. We had a switch go out on a table saw after 7 yrs, and couldn’t figure it out after some basic troubleshooting. One call to the customer support line and he told us that was likely the cause of the trouble, how to determine if it was, and our options to replace it. After a quick test that was it we drove to the Springfield mo store at the end of a Friday, hoping to catch them before closing. We made it with a few minutes to spare, and the manager and cashier were both very gracious and got us the part we needed quickly and on our way to finish our project for the weekend. Turned the frustration of a non-functioning tool into a pretty good day.

The experience of working with Grizzly on finding the right jointer for my wood shop was amazing. Christian helped guide me through the whole process of purchasing my G0858 Jointer. He helped me make sure everything was properly set up for me to drive down from Kansas City, MO and pick it up. The warehouse took great care of my jointer and loading it into my truck and ensuring nothing was damaged in the process. It took two forklifts and one man guiding the both of them. They were amazing. The whole experience was amazing. 10/10 recommended this company and their amazing staff. I will be a customer for life.

Dropped by to take a look a high end jointer in person before making my purchase. Got the info and I needed and grabbed a couple of "mystery boxes" for $50 dollars each on the way out the door. I cannot express how disappointed I am. They were supposed to include $150 worth of surprise items and were obviously intended as gifts. I gave the first one to my Father in law and was frankly EMBARRASSED when he opened it. It was essentially a box of junk that had been sitting on the shelf for years that they could not sell. Propriety peg board hooks that don't fit a standard peg board, niche flashlight light bulbs with no flashlight, a flashlight that doesn't work, size medium vinyl gloves, etc. Unacceptable. I ended up not giving the other one away and scrambled finding a last minute replacement gift.

Great place to deliver to and got me unloaded in just over a hour, great job! Easy to get into the dock lots of room to maneuver.
The employees were so nice. Great company to pick up at and deliver to!
