Chris has led the way on three houses for us, including multiple refinances. He gets the job done thoroughly and on time. When our builder tried to delay closing for reasons beyond our control, he found a way to make it happen on the original closing date even though our builder said it was impossible. You can’t go wrong with Chris!

Chris offered excellent leadership and advice through our home buying experience. Guild was able to offer us a competitive rate and Chris researched and presented programs to help us find the lowest possible option. The night before closing we learned of a few snags with the data from the title company; Chris continued making calls and resolving the issues well into the evening to ensure we could close on schedule. It would have been so much easier to wait until business hours and push closing to another business day, however Chris knew it was important to us to have access to our new home before the weekend. We look forward to working with Chris again when it comes time to refinance!
