Guitar Center, Bridgeton MO

Every time I come in here, the staff are always super friendly and help me with all the questions I have about products they carry, as well as help me locate products in the store. It's always so nice to come in and get consistent, great service at my local Guitar Center!

Nick did a fantastic job setting up my Ibanez Acoustic. Would highly recommend, made a huge difference in sound and playability.

Aidan hooked me up for sure! Ordered a keyboard online and was sent the wrong one. Went to this location to have my issue rectified, and they went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with a smile on my face! Definitely recommend giving this location a chance for your all your musical needs!

Lessons are bad. Instructors don’t show up for lessons multiple times. No notice and no communication. Beware if you’re interested in purchasing lessons.

Went GC Bridgeton, Mo yesterday at 5pm…waited at the counter to purchase a number of products for over 5 mins…finally some young, male employee walks by, I asked to checkout, he looked at me, was very rude and said he was not a checker, and walked away. No offer to get someone to help me.
I was so mad, I threw the strings and accessories on the crowd behind the counter, I will never shop there again.

Steven and Bobby J at this location were very helpful over the past two days. If you're in the area they have better selection and staff than the crestwood location. Feel free to shop there.

These gals couldn’t have been more helpful and/or professional! I got some great tips and tricks from Lauren and Nika while talking shop and gathering my gear, and they are both experts!

Worst staff, bad experience as the guys didn't even care about what i was looking for, very ignorant staff out here. Never go.

A series of unfortunate random things, led me to be a bit frustrated, but thanks to the management and especially Andrew adding a next level human, left level customer service and awesomeness, I am able to say, I’m now a life-long customer, no doubt at all

Please be aware if you buy any music lessons from this place. Without informing you, they schedule you for automatic lesson renewal. You will be charged for lessons you didn’t buy. Even if your account shows that you do not have any active subscriptions- they still charge you but you can’t cancel anything because you are not enrolled in anything. This is a scam.

My family and I are guitarists and I went today to check on an order i had placed for a hard case for my youngest brother. Unfortunately there must have been an error, as they did not have it in store as it was listed on the website. This is no problem as I understand that retail work can be finicky, particularly around Christmas time.

My issue lies with the staff. A shorter gentleman with a beard and glasses was incredibly reluctant to help or provide any solutions and was generally very rude to me and my father. I had a prior experience with the same associate who seemed to not know what an input jack looked like for a guitar. I have worked in specialized retail sales for over eight years, and how this associate has retained his job is beyond me. It was an overall incredibly disappointing experience. As of now, my family and I are going to stick to local music stores until the quality of assistance at this location improves.

This is an excellent guitar center, I got professional help and awesome friendly over the top customer service from these guys. Appreciate you immensely Al and Stephen, incredible, thank you so much

Very unprofessional and horrible service!
I had to ask 4 different people to check out. When I finally did the guy asked me "what do you want" in a hostile way.
I asked a couple questions and e started to put me down!? ! "I don't know what you're talking about" and "yeah, dude, we don't have that, go somewhere else"
I believe this was a manager!
Dont worry, Guitar Center, I WONT BE BACK!

I’ve been taking acoustic guitar lessons for the past year. Duc has been my instructor during most of that time. He has done an excellent job! He pays very close attention to my goals and guides me with detailed advice as to the best way to achieve those goals. His approach to instruction has been nicely organized, efficient, and based on my wife’s opinion, effective. I especially appreciate how he relates his own learning experiences to my situation. It provides the kind of insight I need to hear to be better at my own practice sessions. He’s made that painful beginning to develop new skills interesting, challenging and my lessons something I eagerly look forward to every Saturday.

If you're a music lover, guitar center should be your first stop because they have everything needed to bring your music idea to life.

This place is top notch, even with the hurts the inet has put on all the brick and mortar stores, Guitar Center does their best!

Found the staff condescending and not really helpful.
Man at the counter bypassed me to practically jump at a guy who walked in after me.
Then, I asked for a home PRACTICE amp and was immediately steered to something $400 and more.
EXTREMELY disappointed. This was a test run to see it I could trust them with my business.
They showed me they don't want my business.

Guitar center has always been my go to spot to get a quick local guitar on the road, but this location failed at even the most basic customer service. Sad that GC can put the local music shops out of business while having weak staff that don’t appreciate customers. I want GC to be nice and friendly, but the store manager at this location was particularly unprofessional and condescending.

Either no notice or late notice of canceled lessons. Canceling even though instructor (John) is there giving lessons to someone else.
