Gyro House reviews
16This is a great whole in the wall type place. Unassuming but great Gyros. And the owner gives excellent service.
AMAZING!
not all gyros are created alike. Gyro house has it NAILED!
Get the JUMBO, it won't disappoint!
sauce is PERFECT!
everything is made fresh, cut from the Kronos brand gyro spit.cooked perfectly and NOT paper thin either.come hungry.leave STUFFED!
As a Chicago native, a good gyro is very hard to find that matches the caliber of a gyro you get in Chicago.this.is. CHICAGO gyro.
The baklava is perfect.many places drizzle on too much of the syrup and it becomes a dripping mess. Not here! DELICIOUS!
THANK YOU JONAS! (owner)
SEE YOU AGAIN, SOON!
Food was freshly and quickly made. I had falafel and hummus plate-very tasty. Owner/chef was very friendly.
It was OK didn't like the cheese in my Philly cheese steak. Bell peppers and onions wasn't soft but crunchy. Won't be back. Lady couldn't speak clear English taking orders from people that speak English and doesn't understand foreign language. The sauce wasn't good either. Food wasn't the best at all
Drive from Jackson, TN just to eat at the Gyro House. If you love gyros, The Gyro House is the best place to eat. It's a must that we take enough home, because we can't get food like this in Jackson, TN, or TN. We've looked.
I lived down the street for 4 years and loved walking down and eating here. Great food at great prices!
Rice was tasteless, meat dry, pita was a bit burned. I was expecting something more close to an authentic Greek gyro and was hyped up by a friend. Service was friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was clean. For the price I will not return.
It was ok the meat was a tad dry the sauce was a little light but overall it was ok I got fries with my original gyro and it was between $12-$15
Amazing. What an experience. Every dish was out of this work and the cocktails were impeccable!
I love this place. I am glad it made it through the pandemic, unlike the majority of its neighboring businesses.
I get the vegetarian place about once a week and it never fails to deliver! Good variety, tastes great, and it’s reasonably priced for lots of food
Absolutely, without a doubt, the BEST gyros ever! This place is certainly a "go-to" any time! Friendly people!
Luckily I was the only one there at the time. I was ordering takeout so there was little interaction.
The non native English person was difficult to understand; but the people were very pleasant.
Good was good, as was the price.
First time there, warm welcome EXCELLENT Fair. Definitely one of my goto spots from now on.
Great food, great prices for the food you get! Very friendly environment. Definitely a must go in our famous Delmar Loop!
I went to get a greek salad for my friend in the hospital and was treated so nice, the man that took my order was very pleasant! I highly recommend!
