Did not actually make it to working with H&H due to terrible communication. We sent several emails as well as a series of calls and could never get a response for an install date for one project and a bid for a second project. Disappointing because they had great reviews, but ultimately very poor response and communication.
Called, they came out, got it located, dug up the lid, set a new drain pipe, pumped it out, did a good job of not tearing up the yard! Yay!
Russ was great to deal with initially. Neighbor needing septic cut off and instead put on public sewer that happened to be in my front yard. Russ did not keep his word with regards to clean up of his crew’s mess including 2 piles of dirt in my yard that we’re 2ft x 4ft and 2 feet tall. Promised to clear out excess dirt piles and lay down sod and did not ever! We were listing our house on the market at the time for nearly $1m and had unsightly messes in our yard. An excavator and trenching machine were left in our yard for an extensive period of time as well. Do not recommend this company
