Very nice visitors center. Great place to stop for restrooms and a parking lot lunch while on a family vacation. Please be sure to spend some time reading the history markers as they have been payed out to be very informative and engaging. Grab and map and go explore the rest of Ha Ha Tonka State Park.

We couldn't get inside and see it because of closure during the winter months and staffing. So, we walked around and read everything outside. It was enough to get us started searching out and seeing the park's sights.

The Park Ranger was terrific. Told us all about the animals and places we could get to withing hiking too far.

Flushing restroom. Soda machine. Great information. The 3-Dimension map of the park was really neat.

Great place to bring family and friends. Needs a few more restrooms by the trails. The visitor center itself has plenty restrooms. There are lots of benches to rest at. Picnic tables in both locations. Lots of observation sites. It's free, which is great for big families.

Ha Ha Tonka State Park is truly a gem. The trails are well cared for and easy to navigate with many connections that make multiple trail hikes an easy option. Such a beautiful setting. We especially loved the beauty of the spring.

Pretty cool state park! Lots to do and the castle ruins were pretty neat as well. Not too much parking spaces but on a Friday it wasn't all the way full.

This place is just the visitor center with bathrooms and free wifi and a small place to have food, but they do not sell any food only a vending machine for pepsi or coke.

Even though closed, there was plenty of information available outside. Restroom was clean and well stocked

Ha Ha Tonka State Park is absolutely gorgeous! There are so many miles of trails. We only walked a fraction of them and it amounted to 6 miles. A huge portion of the trails are very rough and rugged.slanted, hills, rocky, climbing rocks and boulders, etc. They even have a trail that I believe is 20 miles for backpackers, with primitive camping places along it. Which I will definitely do at some point. The views are just stunning.

Ha Ha Tonka is like a magical journey back in time. The scenery is breathtaking. I recommend planning a trip during the fall as the leaves change and become so vibrant that the views are unforgettable.

Great experience. If you give 3 hours to this place you'll see a lot of places. Frankly, the castle is hyped, but I liked the Ha Ha Tonka spring and natural bridge much more. It's worth the hike and you should be able to do it without much difficulty.
