The team of employees at northland restore are amazing. Always easy to answers questions and helpful when buying second hand items to rehab my home. Robbie Vardy, Cheryl, Cameron are hands down what keeps me coming back to the store! Even when they are busy unloading trucks, they will take time with customers. Outstanding!

We bought 2 chairs at restore today. At gladstone
My husband and I are both handicap. We had to ask about a price. Then we had to put the two chairs in two buggies and get to the front to buy them no help. At the check out we paid and no one offer to help with the door or to get them to our car. I think it might have been nice if. They had helped or atleast offered to help. Gosh!

Sooooo many great deals! If you are remodeling or building, this is a good place to find some deals! I bought a Wicker chair to repaint and ogled the light fixtures and solid wood doors! We will be back!

All of these places in KC are. AWESOME. Literally one of the cooler stores I have been into in awhile. If you need good paint at a GREAT price, this is the place to go for sure. Honestly if your doing any sort of home remodel or just wanna switch up your house with some difference fixtures, gotta check it out. The staff I met were super sweet and helpful and honestly love what they do. If you honestly had a full day to go look around Brown I would recommend going to all the ones in the greater KC area. All of them are different sizes and some have more then others. Either way IM IMPRESSED! Thank You for what you all do for the community.

Seems like a lot of quality housewares are donated and available at the Habitat KC Restore. I saw this Currier and Ives plate - my Grandmother had the whole set when I was growing up.
I'll definitely be back to find treasures for my home!

Selection was ok, when you are really looking for something you can't find it, no tubs anywhere

It's good place to pop into for odd items.prices have reached near retail so don't go expecting deals of a few years ago

Its an alright store. Prices were a little higher than expected on a lot of items. Furniture was extremely over priced but a lot more at a bargain!

They have quite the variety of materials here ranging from furniture to door knobs to windows. Check it out if you are doing home reno's!

Always find a treasure here. Furniture, plumbing, lots of doors, paint and odds and ends. We go there at least once a week just to see what is there. Save money and help others!

Prices were marked different for exact same item when asked we were told we could have for cheapest price as we were gathering them lady at counter decided to THEN go and ask about prices, were then told we could not have all at lowest price so we gathered up all at cheapest price to buy we did not count them but when we looked at receipt it said higher price, so we went back in and were rudely told she did half as many at the higher price (which was double) so we did get correct price but receipt should have reflected that, as we left mgr (I assume) told her to make sure those all get marked to higher price as he walked passed me! Very unprofessional!

Cool place they have just about everything at really cheap prices its so much better than buying new and you help the Community buy shopping there i love it.

Very bad customer service by the two old woman at the cashier especially the one with gray hair and glasses. She is very rude and Hatfull.

Not a lot of usable items. The furniture is WAYYYY overpriced and half of the areas you see are closed to the public anyway. Better off driving to one of the good HfH stores.

After a bad customer experience with this location the General Manager reached out to me with genuine concern, heard me out and made things right. Nobody or store is perfect however with good management to back them up I changed my review from a 1 star to a 4 Star.
