Was lied to by Joe the salesman. Bought a car that had a faulty key and convinced me it was just the battery. So I changed the battery and still doesn’t work. Contacted them and they acted like they were going to take care of it even had me drive the car back out there. A hour from my home so I could watch him push the button and blow the fob out with canned air. Waste of time.
I hear nothing for several days so I call them. Then he tells me he doesn’t have to replace the key and he can tell me to F off if he wanted to because I already signed the papers and proceeded to run his mouth to me. The worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car.
I was told the other sales person had a gambling problem also. Wasn’t sure why that was any of my business or why he was telling me that. Highly unprofessional.

Joe is really easy to work with on the purchase of my new Explorer. Hunter was very kind as well!

My husband worked here about 15 years ago and so we had been going back for anything he couldn't accomplish in our own garage. We won't be going back EVER because they have become absolutely incompetent. When we brought our car in for having electrical issues they told us (and continually insisted despite our assurances that we knew we bought the right thing) that we installed the wrong battery and that was the problem.and when they tried to sell us the 'correct' battery, it turned out to be the EXACT same battery we already HAVE! So, we paid $100 for them to do what? Lie to us, be totally incompetent, or both?

This place is like your down home one-on-one family friendly oriented feeling Ford dealership they do good work they take care of the customer and the problems that if they ever were to awry cuz first of all these are Fords they're not like the other ones and I'm proud to say they are found first on race day Do the math you want to push it or drive it even if even if he did steal it it'll get you gone or get you where you need to go no questions asked and no problems as far as the vehicle itself you on the other hand if you sold it then well you got a chance anything else you've done lost before you even started this is a very good place to buy a Ford I recommend it highly!

Mark was super helpful with with getting me into the car I wanted. We were trying to trade in a truck and he pointed us towards a buyer to get us most money we could out of it. The whole process was very easy and stress free. Great customer service!

This was my first experience with Halvorson Ford in Buckner, but I will definitely be going back. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and it was easy and quick to get in and out. They also had later hours available than some other dealerships, so that is super helpful for people who can't get in early.

Went to Halvorson Ford on the hottest day of the year and we get out of our car to be greeted by one of the nicest person named Joe Lavar. Joe asked if he could help us and it turned out to be an (GREAT EXPERIENCE.) We told Joe we were looking got a used vehicle for our granddaughter who was starting college. We were pleased to hear he had a 2017 Focus. Joe made the transactions so simple and easy painless even. Great job Joe.

I recently purchased my dream car from the team at Halvorson Ford. I flew in from out of state to pick it up, and the vehicle was exactly as Joe described. Joe's communication prior to my trip was exceptional - he really enjoys what he does and makes the process very positive. I had the opportunity to spend a little time with Scott (the owner) and a large part of their team. They are quite simply honest, straight forward people who made for a wonderful experience.

Very nice people and car was ready when promised although my car was not completely fixed when I picked it up. Rear camera is on backorder which is frustrating.

I flew in from the west coast to purchase a new Transit van from Halvorson and had a great experience. They had the paperwork ready before I arrived, and the salesman gave me an complete lesson on how every feature worked so when I started my 2000 mile westward drive, I was able to do so safely. The van runs great and I had a great 4 day road trip in it!

Joe was awesome! We live out of town and worked with Joe via phone, email, and text. He was very willing to keep me up to date on my order status. My order finally came in right before a vacay. Didn’t have time to drive all the way to the dealer before vacay so he volunteered to meet us halfway so we could enjoy the vehicle on vacay! Highly recommend working with Joe!

I like that I can get in for service or an oil change quickly. The service personnel always patiently explain their procedures to me.

Very knowledgeable and friendly people. Car ready when they said it would be. Got my car in fairly quickly to check a problem with charging the battery on a hybrid car.
