Always good and they have stepped up their breakfast. It’s much better now than in the past.

Clean, comfortable rooms, though kinda loud because our room was close to the side exit on the first floor. Very friendly and helpful staff

Beautiful clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Walked in Friday night saw all these people and kids running around ask the front desk whats going on she said a kids soccer tournament was in town. I asked is there anyway she can put me far away from the noise qnd she said she would. She said they put majority of families on first floor and then they filter up to the upper floors as each level fills up. She put me on the top floor so i would miss out on a bunch of noise. I was so thankful! Not only was it quiet but bed and the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Thank you for a great night sleep!

WARNING. Do not stay. Stayed 3 days for business along with 2 coworkers. Catalytic converters were cut off vehicle in the night. Front desk staff informed no cameras & to file a police report.

This is the best place to stay in Lee Summit by far. Great staff very homie atmosphere. This is the only place I will stay at when in the area. Thanks to all the staff y'all are incredible people and all y'all deserve a raise. Room 206 is the greatest.thank you for making the stay feel like being home. Y'all are amazing. And the cement pond and cement hot tub are great and clean also

Across from St. Lukes East Hospital. Nice clean a quiet rooms, free hot breakfast, and conveniently situated near the hospital and many other restaurants or attractions.
Nice, friendly staff on site. Get a ground level room if you're a smoker. Rooms 130-140 are just a few steps from your car and the smoking area.

Super friendly front desk staff handled our check-in process efficiently. Plenty of parking outside and a very nice lobby greeted us when we first arrived. Large gym, with adequate equipment, in addition to a large indoor pool and hot tub. "Snack shack" area had quite a few drink, snack and meal options.

Our room was very clean, nice and well-appointed. Large, king-size bed was very comfy. TV was a bit slow to shift through channels, but no big deal. Personal refrigerator was a nice touch. Just enough toiletries and shower accessories for us both; plenty of towels. Lots of charging options, including built-in USB ports in wall. Really convenient location to the highway and several restaurants and coffee shops. I'd gladly stay here again.:)

Stay here often for work. Always clean and have minimal complaints. Reason for the review is the above and beyond effort of Brooklyn and the hotel policies on lost and found. I left a pillow a couple months ago (sorry Hilton your pillows are no good) and figured I was out a pillow. Went to buy another and realized my pillow had become pretty pricey. I decided it was worth calling and seeing if they happened to have it. I told them my dates and they checked their log but didn’t have anything matching my description. No big deal. 3 days later Brooklyn texts me with a picture asking if it’s my pillow which it was. I stay there often and gave the wrong dates initially. She could have easily completely dismissed it and moved on, which is what most would do these days.

We've stayed here before and had a good experience but this time it was not. The room was in bad shape. There were children running up and down the halls at all hours. The parking lot was not a safe place to walk through at night. Would not stay here again.

I was a little hesitant based off of the reviews. However I really enjoyed my stay. My family and I stayed four nights for a football tournament. When we got our room it was really nice and it was clean, sanitize and smelled refreshing. The first night they forgot to put housekeeping for both rooms so I had to call them. All the staff were really nice and very helpful. My kids and I are really picky when it comes to breakfast but we all enjoy the foid. They had a variety of different sides each day, and they kept the eating area really clean.

The only thing that bother me was i held the room on one credit card but when we got to the hotel I had to switch it to a different card and the Lady never informed me that there will be a hold on the first credit card but she did say that it would drop off when we checked out. Sadly that was not the case my first credit card was charged again the day we checked out as well as the second credit card that was supposed be charged was also double charged at check out. I called them to verify the credit card that was supposed to be charge, and they confirmed the second card. They said it take 5 to 10 days for the fall off my credit card balance smh. It doesn’t make sense to me because if that was a case I would’ve just kept it on the first card instead of switching it to the second card so now I have a hold on two different credit cards.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast variety was really nice and suprising. The hot breakfast was always changing each day and not your standard eggs, sausage and bacon everyday. The room was nice and clean. We did use the fitness center multiple times and it had plenty of space, free weights, heavy balls, yoga balls, bikes and treadmills. Pool was not overly large. All staff was extremely nice and helpful.

We would definitely stay at this property again.

Had stayed before, nor the same. Bad experience started with check in and got worse. Staff was not friendly. We were assigned a room with 2 double (not Queen) beds when we reserved and paid for a king. Told they could do nothing as we reserved through 3rd party.
TV had problems. Plumbing had problems. Room was clean but was "Handicapped accessible" and toilet and tub/shower were not up to code. If a person was using a walker, they would have the farthest walk possible from elevator to reach this room. Toilet loud and would not stop running without shaking handle for a munute after use.
Hotel crowded with softball players and could not use pool.
Overall. Would not choose this hotel again.

We stayed one night. Kinda pricey, $160 for 1 night in a room with 2 Queen size beds. However the people were very nice, the hotel was super clean in all areas including the resteooms, elevators, and lobby. Breakfast was tasty. We needed to book a room asap because a family member was in a hospital which happened to be right across the street. They accommodated us with no problems and very quickly. We were 20 minutes away when we calle to book a room. Honestly i would pay $160 again for the cleanliness. Thank you for being the best part of our stay in lees summit given the circumstance.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, and overall appearance was good. Breakfast had enough options and the coffee was kept ready to go all day.

The room was nice BUT when we left there were ants all over the side table by the couch and a trail to the trash can where we had thrown away a fast food bag. Very mediocre hotel not worth the high price we had to pay for it.

Love the Hampton Inn and always stay there as well the rooms are clean the sheets are clean the bed is big the complementary breakfast is fantastic makes it kind of feel like you’re staying at the Hilton which also owns it and explains a lot I absolutely recommend them

I have to add that the staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous, so that was a definite plus, and the kids that I saw in the pool where really having alot of fun. So there are good things about the motel.

Amazing. I crawled in bed and said I'm not leaving. Super comfortable and great night sleep. Best mattress this trip. Very clean rooms as well. Customer service was friendly and efficient.
