Hampton KinderCare, St. Louis MO

I had to drop my 6 months baby there at Hampton Kindercare due to work. I believe whichever daycare parents chose would never be good enough. But this daycare is out of my expectations. My baby has spent almost 6 months there. I could tell that each and every day she learned something and was happy around the teachers and other babies there. The managers, Shuai & Anthony, are really caring and thoughtful people. You could feel their passions about those kids and trying to make everything better, making the daycare feel like home! Teachers there are awesome, those names known and unknown, they always have big smiles on their faces greeting you dropping off & picking up. Even though tuition fee is expensive and increasing, nothing is better and more worth it than sending your most important little humans to a place like this, because this is a place full of people you can trust. Simply because they care! I look forward to see my baby build more memories at Hampton Kindercare!

I can't leave my previous review. My kid went to school with perfectly beautiful intact skin, and came home with a huge rash, un-wiped butt, and open bleeding sores in her diaper area. I can't recommend this center anymore.

The staff is friendly and kind and I'm sure some care for the kids and their work, but caring means physically doing caring things. I wish I could to say this is is the first time, but it has happened once before.

We've been sending our daughter here since she turned one year old and have been so happy with our experience! The teachers and staff are wonderful with her (and us), really communicative, and the classrooms are set up with a lot of consideration for the kids' needs. We love hearing about the different learning activities she's doing each day.

My family has been at Hampton KinderCare 9 months and it has been a wonderful experience! Shuai, the current director, is extremely responsive to messages, every staff member knew our kiddos name right away, and they have helped us first time parents with some tough transitions. They have an app to give parents live updates and photos throughout the day. It is clear the staff truly cares about these kiddos! Nothing beats having this peace of mind when dropping your child off at daycare - we are so happy to have them in our neighborhood!

We have had our son here for nine months and love it! Even though he's been primarily in the infant rooms during this time, the staff are still teaching him so much. Each month the focus of the curriculum changes and we get pictures of him doing the activities. He's been learning sign language and loves being able to communicate! Everyone here really cares about the children.

We were enrolled to attend KinderCare but ended up at another daycare location with a more convenient location for our family; however, the experience we had with KinderCare was really positive. Shuai, the center director, was very responsive through the initial enrollment, center tour and eventual unenrollment process. She was always fast to respond to emails and very welcoming and understanding. You can tell she takes great pride in the center.

We love KinderCare Hampton! Shuai is a wonderful director and is fantastic with communication with the parents. The App for KinderCare allows us to see our child's schedule, pictures throughout the day, the feeding schedule, and messaging the teacher and director. It is such a wonderful app and makes my momma heart so happy to be able to communicate with the team and see how my child is doing throughout the day. Our child has wonderful teachers and is learning so much. We are grateful for KinderCare Hampton!

Joined Kindercare right as Shuai was taking over and have been pleasantly surprised with the improvements she's made! The level of care and love they've shown our baby girl for the last year has been a pleasant surprise! Grateful to have wonderful people we can trust!

My daughter started here in January and we have had the most caring, kind experience. This was our first time sending our little one to school and our nerves were immediately calmed because it was clear they cared about our child. Thank you guys!

Shuai and the Hampton Kindercare team were all great to us. I am giving 5 stars as a result of responsiveness, showing that they care and for being so attentive to us while helping us understand how KinderCare works and what they provide. My partner are first time parents and I ended up utilizing another childcare center due to a military move, for our personal convenience and ultimate preference but with that said they do deserve 5 stars for being very kind to us and also inclusive through the whole application process. I really believe they are passionate about what they do and really want to make kids and families happy. Thank you Hampton KinderCare for your time and for answering our million questions!:)
