Han the Sushi Man, Joplin MO

We made a quick stop for a shared appetizer. I regret not having the time to explore the menu further. We will definitely be back and with more people so we can all try each other’s dishes.

Our very favorite sushi spot. Food is always delicious, service is always excellent, clean environment, and wonderful atmosphere. The owners are awesome people and their staff is always friendly and helpful. We have been frequent visitors for many years now and will be for many more. Best sushi in the 4 state area!

The rolls we ordered were excellent and the ginger salad was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful since this was our first time there. They had a binder of all the different rolls they can make there.

The food was good. The sitting arrangements inside was the only downfall of it. But everything else is Tops.

Simple fare done incredibly well. Very tasty, generous portions, all at a fair price. I was very impressed.

Ordered a big platter and one tempura roll for our party of four at lunch time. It was busy and it took a while to get our made-to-order food, of course. Tasted great.

Went on Tuesday closed. Went on Wednesday to try it. I only want a simple FRESH California roll with crab not mushed. The blank staired lady went to a cooler and gave me not what i wanted i had to point it out to her. I got home good enough but not enough wasabi but put a minute dab only 3 out of 12. This is the 2nd time to visit, same resaults. The 1st time was opening week, years later, yesterday!

So, this may get updated in the future. I actually liked the sushi and the staff was friendly. I had a good feeling about this place- until I went to the restroom. It's enough to make me not go back. Cleanliness is always important in a restaurant, but especially a sushi joint for me. Everything was tacky/sticky- and not from disinfectant spray residue. There was some kind of dust covered orangy pink drip and spray all over the walls. My husband peeked into the kitchen on his way out and said he didn't want to come back, cleanliness again.

Fast service They introduced a notebook of their original rolls! I had Susan's Smile, and one of my faves, Rainbow roll. Soup or salad is free with lunch.

Friendly atmosphere, amazing waitstaff, the owners are awesome, and the sushi is fantastic!

Best Sushi around! Never been disappointed and we've tried several different rolls. They have a huge book of different rolls. It will take awhile to try them all lol

Honestly was skeptical being in missouri BUT haven't had sushi this fresh and clean since I was stationed in Hawaii. Rice was perfect all the cuts were fresh and clean and uniformed and alot of care was given to allow the flavors to balance and complement each other. Staff was wonderful and the kitchen sounded lively and happy all good things next time I'm planning on bringing a party over for a full dine in experience.

Terrific customer service, everyone was very polite and so efficient! The sushi was so delicious and very vast selection.

Awesome chef’s, awesome customer service, definitely my favorite sushi in Joplin time after time. Their prices are also very reasonable. What an absolute gem.

This was amazing sushi made fresh we tried multiple kinds because we were a very large group it’s small inside we took up a lot of the tables but it has to be one of the best sushi we have ever had will be bad definitely and the service was great the staff was super friendly the prices of sushi are great they range from 6 dollars to 30 dollars depending on the type of sushi
