Haney's Firestone Services, West Plains MO

DO NOT take your automobile to these people. We VERY RECENTLY had a horrible experience with them leaving parts loose and un-torqued in the front end steering section of our car.
Parts loose that could have damaged the car, or the person driving. Maybe even worse, for the driver.
All of this done in the last 6 days or so! Nov/Dec 2022!
Which, had to be completely redone and repaired at another shop costing us an extreme amount of money and time.
And, their prices are EXTREMELY high!
I DO NOT recommend these people. They are extremely careless.
I would give this -5 stars if I could.

Only needed an inspection, and was prepared to have to wait, but they got me in right away and I was done and on my way! I will definitely go back when I need actual work done and will update after that. SO FAR SO GOOD, THOUGH!

Great family owned business with great customer service everytime! They got me right in as normal and found out a couple if my tire sensors was bad as I suspected.

Had a flat on the road w our 5th wheel. Put on our spare and stopped in the next town to get a new tire. These guys were amazing! Had us on the road in no time at all! Definitely recommend these guys!

Poor customer service and unknowledgeable. Charged me a ton and did not fix the issues even after going back several times. I took my car to another shop and they had the issues fixed the first time and even fixed all the things that were installed wrong.

I used the shop for many years and recommended to others but my last experience didn’t go as well they damaged my rim and wouldn’t admit to it just basically told me they don’t now how it happened. Definitely not going back.

I highly recommend this place to you people out there. We've been going here for years and years. Chris and the gang are very professional and know what their doing. Very nice atmosphere and very nice people

Best price on tires. They drove me to work then delivered my car to me when they were finished. Very friendly.

Did a shotty alignment job on my truck for another Shop changing my ball joints, asked them if they could adjust it at 3pm today. Literally a 10 minute job as it is close to aligned. Shop oldster got rude, yelling, " we aren't doing anything until Monday! " They absolutely refused to help me any further. Funny part is, he wasn't who I was discussing the issue with. Shop oldster said, we need to stop accepting jobs from the shop that referred my vehicle, as I was leaving. Pretty sad display of (I dont want Haney's Firestone to be known for quality work and good customer service). I'd say, take it somewhere else. Lack of attention to detail and unwilling to own their work. Will have to get the alignment redone at another shop that is competent. I do not trust them to fix their work. What a waste of time and $$.

Bening seventy five years old I think everything cost too much, besides that you can't beat Haney's for getting your car or truck repaired in a fast and efficient manner.
They do good work

It was great the first time I went but then I' send my lady with my trailblazer to have it worked on and instead of doing what I want them to do that do what thay think that want to do to my truck. Im the costermer just do what I want done not what you think needs done.

We received excellent service this morning! We were pulling our old 55 Chevy truck down to Alabama for our sons wedding. (He’s gonna drive off in it) Well, we had a tire blow out on our trailer at 2: 30 in the morning. Not what we had hoped would have happened. We originally thought of Walmart, just because they are everywhere, but their tire center didn’t open up until 12 noon! I searched for tire centers near me. Haney’s Firestone Services came up with an opening time of 7 am. We parked in his parking lot. He pulled in at 6: 30. Got settled in and his shop opened up and came out and greeted us at 6: 50. Had a new tire on for us within minutes and we were done by 7: 10! We may have lost 4-1/2 hours by when the incident happened, but we gained so much by Haney’s getting us back on the road and inexpensively. It is nice to know that there are still good, honest, hardworking people out there. 5 stars is not enough! Thank you for getting us back on the road so quickly! ~The Lambert’s
