Went after work to get some more jewelry and pandora charms. They said they will close at 8pm. I showed up at 7: 10pm and all gates were locked and no one in sight.

We went and got our wedding rings. Issa, the young man who helped us. Was attentive, knowledgeable, without being pushy. A very positive experience.

We’ve used Hannoush a few times for our jewelry. They are very professional and educational. I learned a lot about diamonds that other jewelry stores never took the time to explain. Refuses to remove my number from their call list regarding "jewelry cleaning" - even after I've asked numerous times over the years. I've called. I've emailed at least 5 times. They said they would remove my number but still haven't and I find that very disrespectful so here I am.

The ring was pawned off when my marriage ended in 2015. It's been over 7 years now. They won't stop calling and leaving voicemails.
