Happy Nail, Richmond MO

I only went to have nails removed and it was an Awful experience! No smiles, not a good vibe from neither the husband or wife. The husband started them, but he was too busy on the phone to do the job so then his wife took over when she was done with her customer since there was Only the 2 of us. Neither acted like they needed or appreciated the business which is NO problem as I won't return since nail shops are on every corner.

Each nail is a different length I don't recommend unless you want to pay just to go home and file your nails down both my pinky nails are different lengths both thumb nails different lengths etc. And supposed to be ombre but look one color

At first I gave them a good review for my nails. But when I decided to have my feet done. The lady didn’t put anything in my water for my feet to soak in. Then charged me more money for the pedicure. I decided to go elsewhere because I spoke up and ask and she pretended she was gonna get it then said she was out and still charged me like $45.

They were very friendly and nice loved my nails when they finished I feel like they did a wonderful job I have been going there for several years
