Harbor Freight Tools, Lebanon MO

We drove to the Lebanon Missouri Harbor Freight from Waynesville Missouri and could not have been more disappointed and disgusted with the stock and the customer service. We could not get a soul to come and help us even after we went to the register and requested someone to come help! I won't be making that trip again to go to that particular Harbor Freight, I guarantee it.

Employees asked to helped me right when I walked. Was very pleased with the service I received.

Good Service, Quick in and out. Opened register to check me out. Pointed me to the correct product as soon as I entered the door.

This is a welcomed addition to this area. Better then driving to rolla. I have always had good experiences with staff here. I had to return something one time and the man was very helpful in making it a smooth process.

I'm not really rating their tools, they are what they are. I've personally had decent luck with most of them, but for everyday use work tools, I would consider upgrading. The Lebanon store is spacious and clean, the staff/management is friendly and helpful, large, easy access parking.

Like this store better than some in larger cities. Not as cramped don't feel as rushed. The staff is super friendly.

My husbands favorite store no matter what town its in. The Lebanon store is clean and the people who work their are always pleasant and helpful.

Love the red head lady Evelyn in the Lebanon Mo store she is so helpful and friendly makes you feel like she values you personally as a customer and is willing and eager to help. The Lebanon location. Is pretty awesome. Stop in for all your tool needs at great prices. Called ahead of time and the staff was very helpful and ensured they had enough of the products I needed.

Bought the 100ft garden hose a few months ago but when I went to use it, it had 3 kinks. And no matter what they just won't stay straight! When I tried to take it back they informed me that it was only a 3 month warranty.
