One of my dad's favorite places to shop. They really do have all kinds of things you didn't realize you needed until you see them! Friendly staff but they could be a little more enthused.twice customers had to ask cashiers if they're check-out lanes were "open. "

I watched a new employee go above and beyond to help us during a return. Completely professional and helpful while still being witty and funny. The other lady was really rude but you were calm and handled that great! You need more employees like Addie! Thank you for being an awesome person!

They really suck at giving your they take your money with but when you try to return they don't want to give you money but they take it they really suck

Okay let start with this, why would you spend more money on a tool that you are only going to use once maybe 2 times a year. HF has greatly improved thier quality of tools over the years and I wouldn't hesitate picking up a tool from them. They also now have 3 differant lines of power tools and thier top of the line brand actually beats a lot of the big brands in head to head competitions. Now I'm not saying it beats Milwaukee or DeWalt but it does beat some of the others. What really nice is that they will stand behind their products as well, unlike DeWalt sometimes here lately. Just do everyone a favor and keep the receipt, that way you don't hold up the line and they will be able to take care of you so much faster. I just put it in the case or bag or whatever I purchased that I might have a concern with. Their selection is huge and you can't beat getting a free moving blanket or tarp with purchase. Love those and some of the other items you can get free. There is so many great things I could say, their Nitrile gloves are the best for the money. Stop in, give them a look and see what you come out with.

One of my go to places. Anytime you can't find something on the floor they have no problem going to the back to check. It may have just sold out and they haven't had time to restock it. Just ask. Usually help with a smile. Hard to find that kind of help these days.

Cheap knuckle busters.but they are starting to get a little better quality tools.if you can keep up with the monthly discounts some of there merchandise is reasonable. I didn't nt like places with there member ships offering discounts so they can track what you buy and sell off your info for profit.

Good selection of decent tools for cheap. It's a great place to get tools if you're starting out, you know you won't use them very often, if you're on a budget, or if name brands don't mean much to you. Very rarely have we had a problem with any of the tools or other items bought here. Staff is always helpful. Last time I went the cashier was nice and able to find me an item in the back that wasn't in stock on the shelf.

The employees are very helpful. The manager really takes his time and explains the products and recommends products that will help get the job done thoroughly and efficiently.

Picked up a Jackery Power Station it's freaking awesome I just picked up the smallest one 200 watts continuous power it ran a table top pit boss. For over 2.5 to 3 HRs and still had I think 21% left of the battery. On a separate occasion for a power outage event It also powered a comcast business internet modem, ethernet 8 port splitter. Samsung tv and xbox. It didn't last terribly long but it did it.

Couldn't get store personnel to help me check stock for about five minutes. Only had one cashier and a line backed into the merchandise row. Took 20 minutes to buy two things.

I went in to buy a Miter Saw for $250 ish. They had none on the floor so I asked a cashier and she said they are looking in the back since the app said there was one in stock. I go looking around because I was going to buy a table stand for the Miter Saw and a few other things. I make my way up to the cashier and she points to a box that is tore up. I mean the box was literally falling apart and the white foam packing supplies to keep it safe was everywhere. The cashier said this is all they had left and for me to go through the box to make sure everything was there. I asked her if I was going to get a discount for being a open trashed box, if I bought it the white stuffing would get all over my car and she told me no. The manager said no discount. I said ok. I’ll go buy the Miter Saw elsewhere. Which I did. Home Depot is now my place for power tools or tools. I use to shop Harbor Freight all the time and my work buys or use to buy from HF almost weekly. Not only did your employees NOT go through the box to make sure everything was there before attempting to sell it to a paying customer but not to get any type of discount for the shape of the box. Who knows what the saw itself had been through.

Normally, I would give this place 4 or 5 stars. However, during this visit, my 20% coupon was not applied, & I didn't receive my free tool for a purchase over 50.00. I purchased an expensive dolly that with tax was 230.00.: (I was out of time to go back in.
