I used to drive over an hour for them. Now, they are in town! Yes, they do offer low cost products, that I may only need once, and I've never had an issue with any if their products yet. Hope everyone has the same service they give me, they are always helpful.
Great place to shop.some stuff is sketchy but pay for what your get.you save a lot.a mans store.
Good customer service. They are starting to carry a really good tool brand now. (ICON). I feel it is very comparable to Snap-on.
I gave this 5 stars a year ago. Now it’s been nothing but a pile of …. We recently bought something’s there, and got the warranty, bc well we are smart about things. When I went to return it because the product broke under 200lbs which it could with hold 1,000. Snapped the product in half. I got told I couldn’t return it because it looked like I had it longer than the 3 days I did. I had them go back through my purchase history and well guess what. First time I EVER purchased that product. So they had to return it. They gave us so much grief when their product failed and told us we were liars. The little short gentleman which is a “manager” the rudest, and disrespectful man I ever met. Called me a liar about me just purchasing it.
So I called corporate and they informed us they are just able to assist the stores.
I’d rather pay an extra $50 at Lowe’s or Home Depot for my product, than step foot in that door again. Good luck!
Great place to buy a little of everything. Have bought several tools and miscellaneous items. Have not been disappointed yet! Manager is awesome as well as cashiers.
Yes, everyone knows that harborfreight is known for not having the absolute best quality of tools. That being said, they have come along ways as far as quality, and they have great customer service at the St. Joseph Missouri Location. Harborfreight has been and will continue to be my go-to for storage, organizing, and disposable/expendable products that I need from time to time.
