I had positive experiences until recently, when a Franklin 600lb appliance dolly experienced a catastrophic failure after the 90 day warranty period. The stitching on the lower strap tore out while I was hauling a dryer, causing the appliance to fall to the ground and sustain damage. No injuries. It could have been a lot worse.

I took it back to the store, hoping that the dangerous nature of the failure would be received with understanding by management. But the woman I spoke with was unhelpful and only kept repeating, "If it's past 90 days and you didn't buy the extended coverage plan, there's nothing we can do. "

I called corporate, who connected me with a good customer service representative, who told me the store manager should have taken an incident report. The phone representative was professional and helpful. They took all my information and forwarded the claim for further review.

A 300+ dollar air compressor lasted 11 months. This is why they want you to pay for an extended warranty, extended past their 90 days they own mcgraw air compressors.

Friendly staff and nice environment. I was able to find what I needed an extras I didn't need. Basically a tool toy store with a nice selection. Many of the tools have lifetime warranty so don't worry.
The staff even puts up with my happy old doggo when he's excited.

The reason the cashier's are so persistent in getting your phone number at check out is so they don't get points awarded against them from management. Bad practice.

Very good. They were the only store that carried two specialized tools I needed, Harbor Freight has come a long way. I've purchased other specialty tools from Harbor Freight, and at those times as well, they had them. So I give them a 10 out of 10.

Swapped my product under warranty without hassle. Used the bathroom and it was spotless. Can't say that for joplin. Neosho is where it's at! Great job guys! (And girls!)

Went in planning to use a limited time 20% off any item coupon on a set of scaffolding that was listed as "in-stock" online. Upon arrival, was informed that the scaffolding was out of stock and was only indicated as in stock because of a floor display, which they would not sell.

I explained my problem and the the tool I was wondering would work. The cashier said yes it should work. It absolutely did not! And then they charged me $45 I couldn't afford as I restocking fee. When given the option to waive it the manager (larry) said not to. I will never return to this store ever.
