Only 2 working felt bad for the young lady out front struggling. Had to wait for fries and we were only ones there in line at drive through as Lobby was closed. Husband asked for horseradish sauce didn't get anything in our bag not even a napkin. My fries were completely dumped. Food was hot, drinks were watered down didn't taste right. She did apologize for taking so long however it was obvious she was frustrated and struggled. Would have been nice if she would have added condiments, napkins, horseradish sauce, a smile.

Does anybody ever say something like, oh I don't know, "Hi. " Or "What can I get for you? " Or "Welcome to Hardee's. "
Apparently not. Just a blank stare and silence from the order taker. Nothing else
Is it hard to say hello? Seriously. After about 15 seconds of her silently staring a hole through me, I almost asked HER if I could help HER.
Jesus.
THEN Ihad to listen to all 7 employees talk about pee on the girls' toilet seat while I was eating.

I have to say that Hardee's does have really good fast food, their breakfast are really good. But the drive thru is so very very slow. It cost $36 bucks for 2 burgers and 2 chicken sandwiches nothing else no drinks or fries. But they were big snd filling. Good sandwiches! Thumbs up

Went 08/15 inside the front worker jenn very rude. Went today same person same attitude. Company's DO NOT need employees like this. We will not return to this location.

We went in on 9-10-22. We were there before lunch so we waited until they would serve burgers. When we walked up to make our order the woman that was running it turned to her right and began a casual conversation with the other workers standing around. Non work related conversation. We left and eat somewhere else. We will not go there again. That is the second time that they act like they don't care about customers.

I will never visit this location again! I'll just wait until I go back home to pittsburg, KS where they treat you better. Tried to order three 4 for $6 deal through the app was gonna order in advance since it takes me 15 minutes to drive to this location. They wouldn't honor it at the store and the app wouldn't let me order said something about can't order 30 minutes before close it was 7: 50pm! Who closes at 8. The one back home was 24 hours and they treated you better.

Horrible customer service. They got my order wrong twice, when I asked for a refund, the first guy said they can't print refund receipts (rudely, I might add), then another guy came to the window and politely said he could, but then he just reprinted my initial receipt and I didn't receive the refund at all. I confirmed through my bank that no refund was processed. The General Manager needs to clean house at this store.

Ordered egg croissant and got an egg biscuit. But was charged for one with meat. Over $4 for that is too high along with $2.79 single milk. Fast food at full service prices.

I will eat at happy star if I'm in a rush. Usually I cook for myself. I worked for this company in the distant past so I know what they have there.

I was served a raw chicken sandwich I got really sick the store tried to prepare me another sandwich but instead I wanted my money back I do not recommend dealing with Hardee's ever again

Everything was cold and the meat was funny tasting. I didn't even leave the parking lot and went back through and was basically told too bad. The lady said she was not fixing it and would not refund me. I couldn't eat any of it!

We are back in the low-carb train. The staff here went out of their way to problem solve & get us bowls for our burgers.

Hardee's never ceases to satisfy my appetite for a good burger, the last one I had was a super star four patty monster that took me 2 days to finish! We also got some chicken tenders to share and WOW! We're they amazing! Only downfall was that we asked for sweet and sour sauce for dipping but got ranch instead, that ok though, it happens. Support your local Hardee's people, if you haven't been to one, you have NO idea what you're missing!

I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give them a -5 stars. I have never Experienced anything like this before. Went thru the drive-thru, order a famous star meal. When I got home I discovered there was no meat on my sandwich. I was annoyed and returned to the store, after waiting my turn in line and and waited while the manager waited on a couple people in the drive thru. I showed the Manager my meatless burger, she did not apologize, she turn and went into the lobby, I asked where she was going and she abruptly told me she was getting the employee who made the sandwich, the employee said okay we will get you another one! I was sure that was that! I asked the Manager to remake my fries, as they were cold. She firmly said, NO, the fries were hot when you left here and of course they were cold cuz I went home and came back! Me: and why did I do that? Cuz there is no meat on my sandwich! She informed
No one would make a sandwich w/o meat in her store! I asked he if she was calling me a liar, who would take the meat off and drive back to get another sandwich! I presented the meatless sandwich to her!
She just kept repeating there was meat on It when you left, I watch her make it! I promptly dumped my bag on the counter and ask her to show it to me! She told me to leave the store! I requested her supervisor’s name and number she stated she was the Managet! I asked for the District Managers number, again she refused! She told me to leave or she would call the police! I invited her to do so and I waited! Finally I left, resolving to call Corporate!
I have never been treated so poorly and called a thief at a fast food restaurant or anywhere else! This is not over!
