Honestly I don't usually have issues other than ALWAYS getting home with the wrong order, the staff really needs to start paying attention. It's not like they get enough business to justify the orders constantly being wrong. Foods usually pretty cold and soggy as well.

Poor service very rude to customers no one in drive thru or inside. They said they were under staffed but they talking on cell phone took my order wrong argued with me didn't get my fries she said I didn't order them I ordered a combo proceeded to pay for fries she threw my money back at me and locked windows and doors

Great food Usually but today I went in and French fries were soggy. They didn't fill the container all the way up and the order was wrong and it just seemed like the staff here didn't care make it better.

Took 10 minutes in the drive thru. Girl at window was rude. Couldn’t remember if she gave us our drinks. Food was cold and stale. And the order was wrong

Walked in 3 or 4 were leaning on counter playing their phones. My husband and I ordered only to wait over 10 mins while the fries sat out the entire time one person with black and purple hair in the back no gloves the other with black and purple up front sitting at a table mouthing bout the job a lady with long red hair talking to an off duty worker not caring that customers are waiting on their food lean on the counter as a car in drive comes and waits for food. After getting our meal which we'd cold and honestly not worth the money we watched as everyone talked on the phone, handled food with no gloves mouth and cussed in front of customers and mouthed about a person getting "more hours and pay to do nothing. " Won't come back here again.

Really great burgers and very courteous. If something is wrong they will make it right quickly. Great place to eat.

Haven't been there in a while, order two double bacon cheeseburgers, when I got home I made a cheeseburger at home, those burgers were so small, the person that served us was great

Worst "loaded" burrito ever! Literally a folded egg with a little bit of cheese and one small piece of sausage in the middle. No bacon in it at all.

I really loved the food some days we're better then other days but when you have a bad experience and the manager knows about it it's always resolved.i love the friendliness the good customer service.

Very punctual. Gets you good to you hot. Very nice window clerk. Little to pricey but I splurged

Seriously not worth the 1 star review. When all the employees stand around and stare at a wall. We have tried 2 times I'm the last week, waited 30 min with no one else in line for cold meat amd soggy fries.

The staff was very helpful! I brought Residents from oak Pointe and the lady at the counter was great, she greeted us like we were old friends!

My husband and I come to this location all the time from clever. We went this morning 1/30/2022 and we had ordered three meals and with that asked for a side of the sauce that came on one of the sandwiches and all curly fries. We got our food and the sauce and one of the curly fries had been replaced with normal. No big deal we swung back around and they were very sweet and told us to meet them at the window. The girl popped her head out with the sauce and said thanks! Have a good day and shut the window, still no fries so we waited there and then after waiting she came back with another bag and handed them to us again very quickly handed them over and said thanks have a good day. We pull over and start eating and open the bag and they still aren’t curly fries. Don’t get me wrong they were not rude but after a few times still couldn’t get it correct /;

Horrible. Was too busy chatting with co workers to wait on us. I finally interrupted her to find out if they were serving lunch or breakfast and she said lunch and went to change the menu sign. When she was done with that she continued her conversation with the co worker. Never offered to take our order. There were three people working at the time. The place was empty. No one took our order after standing at the register for 10 minutes. We left. Will never go back. Horrible customer service. This was a young girl with medium straight black hair. No name tag. She obviously needs more training on customer service

I walk in and go to the counter. The shift manager is at the counter taking on his cell phone. Another employee is working drive thru walking back and forth.
I stood there a solid 5 minutes and was not acknowledged by the the manager or the worker. (Hello sir we'll be with you in one minute). Is all I needed. I was literally turning around to leave before I was helped.

I'm big on customer service. I don't expect alot just simple pleasant service.

And I paid $8 for this. Which wasn't correct. I see no hot honey drizzled on it as the menu showed.

Good food love the new adult swim combos. Adult like getting toys with there meals too. NORMALIZE IT
