One son loves the hot ham and cheese and the other gets burgers. Better than most fast food options out there and staff is usually very friendly.

Ordered 10 piece chicken tenders. Waited long enough to get fresh tenders, only to discover that I received old refried dried up tenders.

I came through the drive thru this morning and had the kindest lady take my order. She had great manners, asked how I was today and was very quick to get my order out! I am so thankful for people like her.

I love whoever is working here currently. It's so rare these days to get even a mediocre experience when getting takeout, and these guys are on the ball every time. Hot fresh food with a smile. Give these people a raise management!

I came through early Saturday morning. Their food is usually good, but the cinnamon rolls were absolutely stale. Considering it was around 7am, I'm guessing they were left over from the day before. That wasn't the real issue though. The problem is their staff. The woman taking my order had a horrible attitude and she wasn't any better when I got to the window. I am always really polite and friendly to people handling my food, but she acted like it was the end of the world to even speak to us. Terrible customer service.

I love Hardee's biscuits. Wish we had one near us. This one was super busy this morning, and the small staff had to hustle to tend the drive through and walk ins. What great teamwork for so few staff. The food came out hot and fresh.

One of the better staffed Hardee's. Always friendly and helpful. Have been going there for years. More restaurants should be like this.

We are glad to see that the lobby was again opened. We have driven by numerous times and it has not been opened and decided to try one more time and it was open. Had great service. The lady that waited on us advised that she and the morning crew had come from the bridgeton store that closed. She was very friendly, the food was ready in a short period of time and was hot and absolutely no complaints. Keep up the good work morning crew.

I am a big fan of Hardee's I love their burgers and honestly I don't think you can go wrong with any one of their burgers good food very quick in and out in no time.

I used to hate Hardee's. A few weeks ago, I visited this location, and received the most picture-perfect order I've ever had. 30 years in the food industry, and I'd love to steal every one of these employees. Shout out to Travis and Nanda today, just incredible speed, friendliness, and quality. Whoever runs this location should get their own reality show. Best food joint in town. Period.

Absolutely not. Their menu fell out front of their building, and I was letting them know. They then yelled at me twice, not letting me get my sentence out the first time. Didn’t buy anything, but got a water because of their attitude towards me.

The cashier in the window Nanda was great! Polite and informative the problem was for no one in line before me. And it being only 4: 49 when i placed my order why is it 5: 06 and im STILL waiting fof them to bring me my food as thry asked Me to wait at the curb they will bring it out. Now there is 3 cars behind me waiting as well

Because they did not have any apple turnovers ready and it was a 7 minute wait, they upsized my meal for free. I thought that was great

Old patties being used on burgers? My wife and I got burgers there yesterday, fries were cold and soggy, the burger was nasty, tasted like a couple days old beef. It was disgusting. I am not picky at all, I eat whatever is in my plate, if a restaurant sends a well done steak even though I asked for medium, I won't complain and still eat it. But this was so bad, that I had to write a review and let other people know. Sad that this is the closest hardees to my house. But I am never going back there.

I usually visit in the morning and the staff at the drive thru is always friendly and always waves at my 2 year old or say hi to her. She is a little shy but it’s the thought that counts. They are literally so nice and I couldn’t be more thankful.
I personally believe (after working in food service for 5 years) that the customers attitude shapes the workers attitude. And I always make sure to be friendly and thank them for what they do. They are doing what they need to to put money in their accounts. The least I can do is be friendly
