Hardee's / Hardee’s, St. Louis MO

This particular Hardee's WAS good especially there Hot Ham and Cheese sandwiches, but has since changed maybe because change of managers and help there H/C is on a Special right now the sandwich is much smaller less ham and don't taste the same!

We stop in here twice a month and usually the food is decent. But when even fast food turns into a joke, it's hard to justify spending over $35 for a couple of burger meals and nachos. And when you're advertising a new thing of the markee, it would be nice to get to try it. No chicken, no (new!) Philly cheese burger or burrito. 'I just got here, I was just told we don't have it. ' Half your menu? Seriously.

Just stood at counter for 5 minutes being completely ignored. One man working at grill but female chatting on phone AND man wearing whT looked like "Asst Mngr" shirt made eye contact and ignored us. A. M.actually walked past us, then past us again without acting a word. Then after he was at far end away from us, he asked what he could get us. I said "Nothing now since u guys ignored us for 5 minutes. " And left. I have video if owner if GM is interested.

The service was great food was good even tho it got cold because I was on the bus but I warm it up and ate good so that's what up

Slowest, rudest, worst service ever. No one is inside or at the drive up and it still took over 20 min.

I stopped here on my way back to kansas, the customer service sucked and i got a western bacon cheeseburger that had the smallest onion ring as well as no bacon and my husband didn’t get bacon on his either.obviously they’re too lazy to just make more bacon. I’m not even a person to write reviews but i hope nobody goes here.

I have never gone to a restaurant and been greeted with the message that there are only select items that can be ordered right now. This management team needs to do better.

This is my goto local fast good place. The staff are always friendly and nice and go here about every one or two weeks for myself, but also pick up doordaah orders. They are usually good at making everything fresh when you order. (Both personally and doordaah). No place is perfect, but in thus area, it is about as close as you can get).

Every time i come here my order wrong and they always sitting in the dining room go thru drive thru and they park you if you order tacos everytime i hate this location.

I had to wait more than 20 mins for food. They came out twice after having me pull up to a waiting spot, to ask me what i ordered. Not impressed.

I pull up and there’s literally no customers inside or in the drive through. I order a cheeseburger plain. Only
Cheese. She repeats it back to me. Meanwhile I drive thru order pulls up. Long story short the drive thru guy got his food before me and of course my burger had Mayo on it. Waited 13 minutes for absolutely nothing. I knew it was a bad ideal to come here and I did it anyway. Needless to say, I’ll never be back.please just shut this location down. Thanks

Saw a commercial saying buy one Burger get one for a dollar from the ad it look like they had various Burgers you get there it's only one Burger. The Big Burger with with wilted lettuce.

I completely don't understand it was one car in front of me that was pulled forward no one behind me I ordered beef taco pack and one chicken taco and a lg drink and was pulled forward I live at most 5 minutes up the road and my food was cold seems like this place is definitely under staffed which sucks ConsideringThis restaurant is in a prime spot for a lot of traffic I guess corporate don't care about this location As much as others will not be returning

I went to this restaurant this morning to grab breakfast before work and much to my dismay, when I opened my bag I realized that I had been given a half eaten cinnamon roll. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager (India), who initially refused to come to the phone. When she finally decided to speak with me she began to tell me that there is no way that the cinnamon roll was half eaten, it was simply cut uneven. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I am trying to still support businesses, but not at the risk of my own health! I am waiting for Corporate to respond. (I tried to add a photo but was unable)

They do not want you orders. Or at least not mine or the car in front of me. Told that they are not taking orders at that time. Was 21: 00 and their light were on along with the open sign.
