I love their chicken strips! Better than Cane and Popeyes. Just ask them to cook to order! They are so good!

Food was hot, but had to wait nearly 10 minutes for it. Was worth the wait though. I appreciate that.

Trash in my shake my 10 ur old son was drinking it. A small piece of plastic looked like glass in a triangle shape. It could have cut his throat or intestine. I took it back up there to them, and they seemed mad that I complained. I wasn't mean or rude about it. I just told them that I was informing them so they knew. It's not like I called corporate or asked for free food. This has helped in our decision to give up fast food.

Fast&friendly. Food was good. My only issue was I ordered this to go and ate it in my car. There was so much ketchup & mayonnaise on it that it was dripping all over. It would have been an issue had I ate in the restaurant, but was even worse issue in the car.

I will never go back to the Pacific, MO location. Picked up the new hot honey chicken waffle sandwiches for my house guests. One of them had a large, bent paperclip wrapped up with the sandwich.

Then when my husband took it back, no one apologized or acted as if it was an issue. The manager just took it from him and said “I’ll take care of this”. Then he witnessed her use the same paperclip to clear a clog in the honey dispenser. She then gave a new sandwich to a teen working the counter and told him to give it to my husband. She never asked him if he wanted another sandwich or his money back or what. He refused the sandwich from this nasty place.

Food was good but some of the workers need to be friendly. The woman in the window took my order the first time and didn't listen completely to get all of my order so I had to wait in line for another 15 min to get the rest of my order and even told her thank you and she didn't say anything just shut the window.

Worst ever order the chicken tenders son got sick called and told them and they turned it over to their insurance who said no one else got sick what a joke the place is dirty inside I would never order from them go to some other place I only gave them a star so I could post on here

Staff was very patient and helpful. We had a large order with 6 people and they took time to read everything back and get all of our order correct. Next time we are in the area we will definitely be back

It is really nice to see that the employees are not in the dining room drinking coffee that is for the customer. New faces, service is better and food is good.

Food was good, place was clean. I wish people taking food orders would understand that we are customers, not employees and therefore: we probably don't have their menu memorized and may actually have valid questions about said menu.not a smile to be had.

The biscuit was cooked perfectly! Couldn't have asked for a better breakfast sandwich

You can go in to the dining room but you can't sit down and eat. Why not just close the dining area?

Good experience. Most of the people are nice. It's a shame I can only afford to eat there with coupons. And some emp. Get agrivated with coupons

Our burger was very good. Always like to go to Hardee's when I'm on a trip. None in Cincinnati

Very long wait in line. Took over 20 mins to order food. Friendly place but check your order before leaving.

Probably the worst burger every. Got the monster double cheese burger it was comparable too a sponge filled with grease

This is a great place, the crew and store manager. They always make my dad smile. Been a rough year for him. But when we go here he is always happy with how they tease and play with us. Bless them for sure wonderful people here.
