Our experience initially was great with the company, customer service, pricing, etc. We got our floors resurfaced a little over a year ago.

We were told after a year we could continue life as normal as it is no longer as fragile. We didn't mind babying it for a year to let it seal. But it is still so fragile. We started vaccuming it (as we were told after a year we could). Well it's now damaged just from the roller. Normal wear and tear, dropping silverware, dog walking (with short nails) are ruining it one touch at a time. We wish we would've just done laminate and called it a day.

Do not get this if you have children, pets or anything that will be slightly tough on this as it easily damaged.

Don't call this company and don't waste your time setting up an appointment. Totally unprofessional operation! I contacted this company to get an estimate on hardwood floor refinishing. The appointment was set for one month later and the time window was 11 a.m. To 1 p.m. At about 12: 15 p.m. On the scheduled day, I was waiting and decided to call to confirm the appointment was still planned. The company representative told me that they don't service my area. She claimed she was behind on her phone calls and should have called me. Seriously, nobody realized for one month that my service request was not going to be performed?

Now, I have not only wasted a day off from work but have wasted an entire month waiting for these jerks.

Hardwood floor rescue did an amazing job for my clients who are listing their home for sale.they had red and white oak flooring and the espresso stain with matte finish turned out outstanding for an incredible price. Would highly recommend.
