Harrah's North Kansas City

Terrible room. Stayed in KC Rm#519 Blood on the bath that was on side of the tub and under counter in floor on wall. Sent message to coincerge which just said call front desk. No answer at front desk or housekeeping. Carpet was stained and dirty. I would never stay here again.

Harrah's has nice rooms. Vegas side has my favorite bathrooms and Kansas City side is nice updated room furniture, plus I LOVE that they have pet rooms! ️‍?
Their casino is very fun and lots of games.

The place has plenty of parking. When I was there there was no valet yet but that matter doesn't matter, I was there for the food, and to look for my lost vehicle. I had a great experience, and their parking garages are very driver friendly, easy to navigate through.

Checked out and came home the room was nasty the carpet in the hallways and the room are disgusting

Totally disappointed in Harrah's Kansas City Hotel! I understand COVID-19 has changed a lot things, but cleanliness should still be in place as a top priority! The room was not cleaned to the standards that I am used to for a casino hotel with a room charge of over $125 a night! So disappointed ️

The restaurants were horrible and front desk wasn't helpful even when they saw me barely walking they didn't even ask if we needed help

Night cashier was rude and tried to tell me reservation was cancelled even though I had confirmation. They ended up still providing us with a room but charged us extra. Room across the hall had strippers from midnight until 5am and you could hear everything and they played very loud music. Prices for buffet were expensive and I would recommend looking at alternative places to eat if trying to stick to a budget. They ended up comping our room for all of the trouble we had which is why they get 3 stars instead of 1.

Went for the Christmas Buffet. It was definitely worth it! Even though we arrived towards the end, the staff were still putting out fresh food. Our waiter kept our drinks full the entire time. And the food itself was excellent. Enjoyed the prime rib and had to split the pies. Would definitely do again.

We came in Christmas day with all the family and when we got there there was all $10 Blackjack tables, except one $5 table. We sat down and resprctfully waited for the shoe to be finished. They changed the table while we were sitting there. I don't think it was going to break the casino to keep one table open or grandfather in the people who were sitting there. The food was good but took forever even though the restaurant wasn't that busy.

Went here for a company party & enjoyed myself. Not the gambling type but as part of our Christmas gift was given chips. Won a little cash! Nothing fancy just your typical casino.

Harrah's was easy to get to and parking was great. Had a good dinner there and the odds at the video games (bpavkack) at the bar seemed to be much better than what I'm used to at oher places. Would definitely recommend.

Very disappointed that I’ve spent over $5000 in 2 months and for my birthday got a free drink.in Vegas? ! So not impressed with that

Excellent customer service. All of their staff is friendly and always in a good mood! Winning streaks and 37 steakhouse are great places to eat.

We love 37 Steak House. Ellie is our favorite server. The steaks are always cooked perfectly. Our last visit we had 30oz Tomahawk Bone-in Ribeye. Fantastic! Make sure you order the bacon appetizer I would also recommend the Forest Fire cocktail.

Fun weekend getaway without ever leaving the hotel, huge bathtubs, great comfy bed with nice sheets and pillows Reasonably priced Great location, and great food options too

I wonder if the high debt Harrah's has been carrying for years has start to catch up.
Only one drink station for the entire casino. The rest have been replaced by high dollar vending machines. The gift shop in the hotel has closed. The buffet no longer serves breakfast during the week.

I had a very nice family gathering at the buffet, we were in the diamond seated area, had a less than cooperative server, but the food was great. Ventured off into the casino and had a nice time.

Place was very nice, but did not like no bag check without a room. Not good for out of towners that do no want to leave things in the car, especially sucks if you Uber or taxi.

The plan was to have dinner at the buffet, but due to the size of the line and the wait time we chose to go to Ameristar instead. I like the crab at harrah's better. We've had good service there as well. Otherwise the service on the gaming floor was nice and prompt.

The food was pretty good for a buffet. Large selection and it wasn't stale. Casino was clean and easy to get around in.
