I have been seeing this Dr.for 9 years. During that time his office staff has gotten worse all the time. Canceling appointments without any reason, sarcastic staff, unprofessional and just plain rude! The only person who is professional and good at her job is the woman who does the lung function tests, she is only there 2 days a week now. The office staff acts as if they have had no training at all. I would avoid this place at all costs! If you have to see a pulmonoligist, you don't need this problem too.

Hard to reach. Never available. Booking 4 months out. Hard to get an appointment. No office email to contact. Rarely anyone answers the office phone. Poor follow up. Poor patient care and experience.

Awful place.don't visit here unless you want more problems! Now maybe if you have enough money to buy his "Concierge Program " it would be different, I however find it unethical to say, if you pay for a special program you will get my personal cell number and preferred treatment! His staff is lazy and rude. Very condescending even when they don't do their job and neglect to order CPAP machines and such that YOU need! Stay away unless you like hassles and rude treatment. If

I called to schedule an appointment, due to having Bronchitis and was advised that because I have canceled appointments previously. I can only be seen on 12/28. I advised the person on the line that I have not canceled any appointments and she basically call me a liar. I advised her several times that have not canceled any appointments. So I guess I will continue to suffer with this persistent coughing and other issues. Because systems can't be wrong, but I can. Thanks

Staff is horribly rude. Any good physician should be able make sure that their staff is courteous and kind to patients. They cancel the doctor's appointments for no reason with little notice.

Until today I would have always given Dr Harris and his staff 5+ stars. Tried to explain to his staff how I have burned through a year worth of rescue inhalers in 5 months and she wouldn't even allow me to get my point across. As a over the road truck driver I change environment and climate sometimes as fast as several times a day and with allergies and asthma I burn through my rescue inhalers at a alarming rate. I don't understand why people wouldn't listen to the patient.

Dr. Harris is direct and a gifted doctor. Several years ago when other doctors kept treating me incorrectly prolonging illness for 13 weeks, a friend strongly suggested I go to Dr. Harris. He literally saved my life. He knew what was causing the lung issues and how to treat it. I highly recommend him.

I have seen Dr. Harris for over 5 years. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. Highly recommend.
