Hartley's Climate Control, Rolla MO

They put in a whole hvac system in our home. Then we had them add a gas fire place. The customer service and the work they do is amazing.

Absolutely incredible service. Arrived earlier than expected and had everything done and running within 30 minutes. Very polite and professional as well. Will be calling for all my hvac needs and will also happily refer to anyone and everyone needing someone for these types of repairs/maintenance.

Recently bought a house and called them for a clean and check on the AC system. The technician that came out thoroughly cleaned and looked over the entire system. When he heard that the house was just bought he offered to clean and check the furnace in the house free of charge as well. It was a good thing he did, because he noticed that the furnace hadn't been clean in many years and that this had caused the heat exchanger to crack and potentially leak gas into the house. He took down the part numbers and within a couple days was able to hunt down the part, install it, and further cleaned the system beyond what was quoted in price. After all of this, I was only charged what was quoted over the phone before the technician came out. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and saved my house from a potential gas leak!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Hartley’s. Our technician was very informative as to what was wrong with our AC. He provided us with information on how it can be fixed all the way to the advantages of a new system due to the age of our unit. The salesman that came to our house also spent time with us answering any questions we had about a new installation as far as warranty, maintenance and cost. Hartleys was able to work us into their schedule within the week. The crew that showed up to do the install was very professional, worked efficiently and had our new system installed in no time at all. They made sure to answer any questions we had before they left and they never left a mess. I feel very comfortable that we will be in good hands going forward as far as any maintenance or repairs needed and that they will respond in a timely manner. Thank you Hartley’s!

I just had a new unit HVAC unit installed. Jo and his crew showed up on time, were very professional and installed my unit in the attic space and outside. Great people to work with. On time, friendly service, and best of all, they have always been able to fix my problems. I have been using them for obout 10 years. They have done two complete AC/heater installs for me. (Two different homes). The fix any warrantied issues quickly. I have had nothing but possitive interactions with them. Highly recommend.

I have Hartley's provide service for my HVAC bi annually. On the last service visit, I was complaining to the technician that my electrical light switch stopped working in the laundry room and asked if he knew any good electricians. His comment was "we can fix that for you" So, in addition to his HVAC service, he fixed my electrical issue on the spot and just added it to my bill which I happily paid. I then asked if he knew any concrete guys. I have been trying to get my front porch redone for over a year and couldn't get any cement/concrete contractors in the Rolla area to return my calls or give me an estimate. This technician then replied "well, we can do that too. We have a special projects division that can handle ANY project". I had an estimate within a week and the work was completed perfectly and within budget. These guys are truly AWESOME. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the Rolla, MO area with ANY home projects. AC stopped when temp over 100! Called Hartley's at 11 o'clock, they had tech out to replace bad capacitor before 2. SUPER FAST SERVICE!

A little pricey but the first to show up. Well mannered. Actually got the job done right. Nothing to complain about.
