BEWARE SENIOR CITIZENS
John Hartley stated my gas stove was fixed charged me over $700. Tried using my oven it was not calibrated. Called John Hartley who refused to fix it claiming it needed a part. He referred me to Garner Refrigeration who calibrated my oven, it did not need a part and charged me $190. Mr. Hartley refuses to reimburse me the $190. I had to pay for a job, he charged me for, and refused to complete.
