Landlord is a total JERK! Overpriced and you have to do repairs yourself. Trailers are junky and most of them are UNLIVABLE. DON’T rent ANYTHING from here!

Most lots are not an eye sore but a couple obviously are someone's unfinishable project!

Really homey down to earth place where people treated me kind with a lot of affection. This place is a good out the way you want to go, when I want escape reality, and be amongst friends.
