Havertys Furniture, Chesterfield MO

I purchased a tv console. The delivery delivered the console and immediately left as I was inspecting the unit. I immediately discovered a significant crack in the base and foot. I ran to the door and the delivery people had left. I immediately reported this to customer service. They were rude and didn't want to offer resolutions to address. After two months and numerous calls it was kicked up to the Corporate office where they agreed to refund my money. Why did it take so long and so many calls. Would not recommend Haverty.

Jessica was great! She recommended different looks and even added different room decor around the pieces to get a better feel. She was fantastic

Guy is the sales representative that’s currently assisting us with our purchase and he is simply wonderful. He has the patience of a saint. Oh and Havertys has the best quality furniture. Definitely ten steps above the rest. ️️️️️

Our sales girl, Jessica, was excellent. Very chill no pressure, yet attentive, informative and very knowledgeable about the products. She patiently answered all the questions that we had. And believe me, we had a lot! She was there to help us when we needed her, but knew when to give us space so we could figure things out and talk privately. We can’t say enough good things about her. Plus she’s a fisher person. What’s not to like about that!

After shopping multiple furniture stores in STL, ended up purchasing at Havertys, due to great selection, fair prices and no pressure sales techniques. Highly recommend, Havertys will be our first stop next time we're looking for some more new furniture.

Brandia, Malick, and Jean were amazing! Malick helped us move pieces around to see them next to each other and the ladies walked us around to help pick out pieces and put together a presentation to help us curate our own set. They helped us find unique pieces and worked within our budget to make us feel great about our purchase.

We ordered a couch that only lasted a couple months before breaking. The tech that was sent out claimed "owner abuse" and that it "looked jumped on" due to it's damage. This was not possible as we have no small kids or anything that did this. The damage was internal and worsened after only being sat on regularly for a couple times. After originally being denied a replacement, a manager reached out to me and agreed that the couch did not look abused and offered to order a replacement. Today we received the replacement so this review has been updated from 1 stars to 4. I'm still afraid it may not hold up if the first broke that easily but let's hope for the best.

We could not be any happier with our sales rep Brandia! She went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with exactly what we wanted. She was never pushy and has the utmost patience! She is just a great person. It felt like we were working with a friend the entire time. We returned the rug we purchased with no questions asked and they also replaced one dresser that was slightly damaged. Great company. When we are ready to purchase more furniture in the future, we will be making the trip to see Brandia again for certain!

Had a great experience. Jimmy was patient and not pushy. Jean helped design the room, and it was lovely. I will return.
