They have parts for chain saws, mowers, weed eaters and others plus they repair them and they have furniture and appliances as well. It is a store for you both to enjoy.

I have bought a chainsaw, leaf blower, brush cutter, and a Traeger from Hawkins this year. I recently brought them 5 chains for sharpening and one chainsaw for servicing. I was told it would take about a week. Called them after a week and they said it wasn’t ready and they needed more time. Called again a week later and they said they’d have it ready that afternoon. I went to pick it up a week after that and they said the saw hadn’t been worked on yet but the chains had been sharpened. I examined the chains in more detail when I got home and even used 4 of them to cut a tree down, it took all 4 just to drop the tree. They absolutely did not sharpen my chains though they charged me for sharpening. I ended up having to buy new chains and they cut the tree like butter, which is what the “sharpened” chains should have done. Either they made a big mistake in error or they didn’t want to look stupid for keeping my saw and chains for three weeks without working on them. Disappointed and don’t recommend.

Always friendly and helpful. We bought a freezer from them and it had problems they couldn't fix. Gave us another freezer and refunded the difference no questions asked. Love this store!

I love the store, its a midsized store with name brands. The only thing I don't like is family seems a bit arrogant. I have shopped here twice and ordered online once and each time you get some kind of snarkiness. You could say they come off as bothered that you come in.
They are a bit higher on their Stihl products than other dealers, $20/ish. Husqvarna higher ended items they don't have in stock.

As far as dishwashers if you order online, you get super fast delivery (same day) and earlier than schuduled. Very good pricing on dishwashers compared to big box stores.

Beware when you purchase appliances or tools, you will have to insist on getting a manual or any tools that may come with your stuff. I have never got the manuals for the chainsaw or trimmers. They almost let me leave without the Chainsaw tools until I asked. They are supposedly supposed to go over the products with you per Sthil, but never have, but put they have in the Sthil registry.

Great staff and they had options and what we wanted in stock. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Can’t ask for much better than that!

We went in just to look around and they had great deals on their products. We ended up buying a freezer and the customer service we received was amazing. The guys were very nice and answered any questions we had!

We purchased a over the range microwave here and the staff were helpful. They helped us find exactly what we needed at a price we were satisfied with in stock ready to take home. We think it was a quality store and will shop there again.

Hawkins is my trusted to to dealer for all home needs. A year ago I purchased living room furniture that has been wonderful and just recently I purchased a new lawn mower. All sales associates are wonderful, both friendly and knowledgable. They don't pressure you into buying which is a wonderful experience for single gals! I'll return again and again when the need arises.

Great customer service, all the people there were exceptionally nice and helpful. I felt like I got a good deal on a zero turn mower at hawkins.

Great service. Had what I needed. One tall lady was all unfriendly. She never smiled and had an argumentative attitude.

I went in yesterday to purchase a new Husqvarna riding mower and was in and out about ten minutes later. The owner Rob loaded the mower onto my trailer himself even though it was raining. I call that service.
