19 Another month, another missed date of shipping. Yet again, told product would ship Dec 27th and they don't ship til the 29Th. Is it still the new system's fault? More lies
Lied about fixing wrong order. Lied about new order being processed. Then blames new computer system saying it’s not anyones fault. That the system is the problem
I originally chose this company because they're based in my home state but after holding for 21 and 20min respectively and NEVER reaching anyone, I'm afraid I'll have to get another supplier. They dont even open back up at 1p as indicated in their message. My child's needs are too important to patronize a company I cannot reach! Edit: they have repeatedly indicated to my provider they are not receiving her new Rx, except they've sent it 3x and I have a copy! Started the approval process with a new provider. This is ridiculous!
The company just kept getting worse and worse, And now, a final blow to my expenses, not being able to fulfill my monthly order for over a month now. I have now moved to another supplier
All you hear is system updating. Again order not shipped due to backorder in product that I was able to add from Medicaid.
If I didn't call I would be waiting on order.
They don't tell you of a backorder regarding extra product order wanted or not so order can ship. Supervisor Cindy does even know when manufacturer is sending them.
I give them a 0 for effort and customer service 0 for every rep says something different.add 0 for communication.
As I told
Cindy their supervisor they need something to generate in their computer a email l or letter since she says not enough manpower to tell customers order not shipped.
So people be weary of this company. They should pay customer to keep calling in to check if order shipped or not.
Up until the last 2 months, hdis has been great. Somehow my daughter's briefs are no longer being made and so she was switched.no problem. But now that we need a new rx filled, the service is preposterous! This "new" system makes them MIND NUMBINGLY SLOW to respond. I've been on hold for OVER 30 MINUTES! Still, no resolve! What in the world?
HDIS a supply company for adult diapers sends Medicaid request too soon and causes all kinds of trouble. They wait til the day supplies should be sent out to tell me they don’t have a new prescription from my Dr They never told me or I could have contacted the Drs office much earlier. I’m changing supply companies ASAP

HDIS has excellent customer service. They contact the doctor and do all the leg work. They send samples so you can decide what works best before ordering. Shipments arrive promptly. We're thankful for HDIS.
Until recently, we have had a decent experience with HDIS, Until we attempted to change my son's diaper size. For over a month, it's been back and forth. HDIS tells us we need this and that, Doctor tells us it's been sent. Yet HDIS refuses to process the order and send the order. Meanwhile my son is running out of diapers that noone local can supply. Customer service has been extremely rude and refuses to help us at all.
I really enjoy the packages built by this company. HDIS has been able to point me in the right direction when searching for a new diaper product! I have always been more than satisfied with their variety of briefs. Thank you guys for keeping me dry!
My Grandmother Name was Martha Burns she passed away 9 months ago and she loved the Pampers that she ordered from you all I want to say Thank you all so much for being who you are may God bless you all and please stay blessed
I have an elderly neighbor who uses products from HDIS. I have helped her bring the boxes into her home and i have helped her make a list of what she wanted to order. All i have to say is shame on this company for these outrageous prices for some of the same products you can find at the store. I feel like they feed off the fact that home delivery is really the only way many of their customers can get their products because they dont leave their homes or dont have anyone to go out for them. These people are already living on fixed income most of the time and they have to live. These products are part of their day to day lives and it sickens me that there are probably customers of theirs who have to choose to pay a bill or buy their products because they cant get to the store and the cheaper prices. I have offered to go for my neighbor but she has declined saying she doesnt want to be a bother to me or anyone else. HDIS do better

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I definitely understand the quality service, but im referring to the products that customers CAN purchase in stores such as a bag of depends. You carry the same depends that are offered in store, do you not? So that is not better quality but it is more expensive even in bulk. Also if ground shipping is included why is free shipping advertised? Lastly, it is advertised that you are always in stock, but my neighbor has had numerous backorders for one of her products. Thats not always in stock. It is false advertisement. I understand the times we are living in make it hard to get materials to make products or other issues, but then the advertisements need to be updated. Thank you again
EXTREMLEY POOR SERVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THERE IS ALWAYS SOME EXCUSE AS TO WHY THE PRECRIPTION IS WRONG OR ITS THE DOCTORS ARE WRONG BUT ITS NEVER THE COMPANYS FAULT
I ordered a free small supply (as an introductory offer) Once they had my personal information, I was charged for an entre month of supplies. (which I didn't order or want) That is extremely poor business practices. I will not recommend this Co.to anyone.
Prices are insane! If you shop around you can find the products you want for half the price they charge.
This company charges over double what my local stores from Walmart to Safeway/Albertson's & even Fred Meyer's charge for the exact same product! Even if you get your groceries delivered this product is still almost double the cost! Our elderly already live on limited incomes & struggle to get what they need, how can this company be okay with this disgusting amount of greed & taking advantage of some of our most vulnerable.
We have contacted this company many times to stop orders and cancel account without any success. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
When i send them an email they take a week or more to response if.most the time they never response
i usually get my supplies from them
but they've send me some very very cheap products
they get ripped so easy and have a bad odor to them
i called and spoke to a woman that works for HDIS she has a real bad and nasty attitude.
I wish I could give this company less than one star because of my displeasure in the way they handled me during my short time thank God dealing with them first of all I never got the first shipment the second shipment I got a bill for the first and second but I didn't get the second shipment finally when I got a third shipment I had already canceled by the second shipment because the elderly person I was ordering it for was not going to be living in town for a while so I decided to cancel it as I said by the third shipment I got a huge bill and I called them and I told them I was sending the shipment back and which is the only shipment I had received since since beginning the account I try to have them to understand they had me going to the post office they had me doing stuff that they should have been doing I don't know who the shipment was delivered to but it never came to my house they did had no recourse of helping me resolve this situation other than that I was going to get the bill I reached out to my credit card company they sent me a long list of stuff I had to send them and by this time I was so frustrated I couldn't even remember who I spoke to what date I canceled or any of that so I decided to drop the charge and I am going to hit them with bad reviews which I don't feel that they are irresponsible tour company to use for any reason
