6Bank 24/7 phone number to bank is not allowing customer to access account info
I have been with this credit union for 10 years and it has become horrible. Their system is slow updating your account and it seems like every month its something with my debit card. Today I cant use my debit card because of their system. This is ridiculous and it continues to happen. I will start looking for a new credit union on Monday.
Smart, focused staff with attention to customer service. Very thorough and detailed. Pleasant place to conduct business.
There's times where I need t to check my account several times a day. Who's ever in charge of the online. SMH! On the positive side the employees are very knowledgeable, polite and I couldn't say enough good things about the staff. I last delt with Cameron on a auto loan and I gave him a 5-star rating.
This credit union location is a "share" location for my CA based credit union. I came here to get a check withdrawal and the customer service was outstanding and the transaction was processed extremely quick! Amazing experience! I would definitely recommend this credit union to others!
