Is this place closed? I called a several times and no answerer? Please let us know if you have moved to somewhere else?

Honestly I almost never review any thing, but I have been to this place many times in the last few months and they did a great job every time. I am a bigger guy so most massage places put a lot of pressure when they give massages even though I tell them to do soft to medium. I usually just deal with it unless I feel like they are truly causing damage but, this place was different I told them I would like light to medium and that was what I got. They also have conversations with me which some people might not like but I enjoy. I never asked for them to stop so I don't know if they would but to me it is a plus. Their English isn't perfect but I have been to a hand full of Asian massage places and they are way better at speaking and understanding then others. Honestly I would put them up there with the top massage places. I have been to before like massage envy or others like that. After every massage I have gotten I haven't regretted it at all which is saying something because I am one for buyers remorse.

TLDR: I think they do a great job and were very kind and helpful. After each massage I felt relaxed which I can't say for all other massage places I have been to

I had a young lady who did most of the massage with her elbows which wasn't very pleasant. They have you pay before hand so I qasnr planning on tipping because of the poor quality, as I was walking out, the young lady who did my Massage told me I need to tip, it wasn't included in the price. I dont mi d tipping for good service but it should never be expected as part of the payment.

Have they closed? Sign says they are open but no one answers the phone to schedule an appointment and the door is locked.

Excellent experience, very relaxing and you can tell they are very experienced at the art of massage.

I really love getting my massage at healthy body day spa. It does not matter which lady the massage is always great. I would recommend to anyone.

I came in this morning with my best friend and his mother prepared for a relaxing massage. It started out wonderful until the end. Gave what I felt was a generous tip and was then told by the ladies that it wasn't enough and to give them more because they did such a wonderful job. I'll be honest it was good but I've had better and it is also quite unprofessional to demand more tip money after someone has already tipped you. Their egos are a bit out of control. Also did not get my full hour which is why they didn't get more. I will not be back.

I had a massage with Sun. She was great. She made sure I was comfortable and gave a terrific massage. I will definitely be back.

I had massage with them at Manchester for a few years.
Those therapists have good skills and very friendly.
Now they move to St. Peters, I still getting massage at this amazing place.
I highly recommend get massage here and have a nice relax.

Gave my husband a gift card for Christmas and he just went and used it. He said the massage was good but the lady kept asking him about her tip and questioning him about it. That’s not acceptable and we will not be back. Reason for 2 stars over 1 is because he did say it was a good massage but she made him feel uncomfortable.

This is a weekend massage experience, obviously the older lady is an experienced massage therapist, the right strength and relax music, this is really amazing feeling, strongly recommended!

Worst experience I have ever had! Trying to wast you time, and gave me only 45 minutes although I paid for a full hour massage She even asked me for $30.00 tip? !? !

I'm a semi-regular here. When I came in today for a 20-minute chair massage they let me know their chair was broken, and asked if I wanted to do a massage room instead. I agreed, paid ahead of time as always ($20), and the 20-minute massage was fine. When I finished, I asked if I could get change to leave a tip, and I gave the woman a $20 bill, intending to leave a generous $5 (25%) tip. She handed me back a $10, and then proceeded to argue that it was a very good massage and so the $10 tip was warranted. I agreed the massage was good, but it had only cost $20 to start, so $5 was adequate. I finally got the additional $5 back from her, and heard her say, "You no come back. "

Honestly, I probably won't.

So my suggestion is to either pre-pay the tip or bring exact change.

The massages are good, though.

Just finished my 5th relaxing 'full body' massage here, before deciding to write a review. Healthy Body has always been clean and neat, having very relaxing rooms; and the staff have always been extremely nice (No 'up-cell' pressure or gimmicks). Definitely recommend this spa! A+

I went there on 01/22/17. This place is the worst in Ballwin, MO area. We just moved here and I have been checking out several spa and never had bad experience until I went to here. Start from when I arrived, they made me put in tips even BEFORE the massage which I refuse and left it blank. During the massage, the lady couldn't speak English so there is no way you can communicate with her. I am not a native speaker myself so I know exactly how hard I had been trying to be able to communicate, especially at work. Obviously the owner do not care if customer would be able to get the best service since no one there could speak English. Instead, they looked at me and chatted in another language and both laughed!
When I finished, I gave the lady around 15% tips. Even all she did was back rubbed for 90 mins. I already paid $75 up front. The receptionist DEMANDED me to write down $30 for tips! She was pushing the pen back to me and pointing at the receipt. She kept saying "we worked hard. Write $30 for tips! "
I walked out and confused about what happened in there. I felt like they were trying to rob me!
