Do not rent to Sean or Heather Bledsoe. They falsified income for rental purposes. After further research; the unprofessional, illegal practices have continued for years from this duo in both their personal and professional lives.

Research Sean Bledsoe and all of his shell companies prior to doing business with him. If you read reviews, you’ll notice all “positive” reviews happened at the same time by fake posters. He has been evicted for non payment from two building locations. He claims to be a partner with AthenaHealth, which is false. He refuses to pay all of the agencies that he used for staffing purposes. He does not pay his employees. He has a pending federal identity theft case. He did not practice legal payroll laws. He’s a scam. This is his 4th “shell company”. DO YOUR RESEARCH! Also look up KSHB 41 for a tv episode regarding non payment of his payroll.

Quit running from your financial responsibilities by creating shell companies. You do not have satisfied clients. You do not have legitimate contracts. Quit falsifying documentation. Be honest and a good person for once! The only satisfied employees are family and that’s because you screw everyone else over!

I will not do business with Healthy Plus. They hired us to staff for a local doctors office to provide annual wellness exams and they refused to pay for our staffing services. We’ve attempted to collect this debt for nearly two years without any success.

Let’s start with the biggest complaint about Sean Bledsoe and the Healthy Plus team; they continue to run payroll scams and refuse to repay their employees for their hard work. Another major concern is the fact that this company continues to change names and locations. They’ve gone from VC Medical, Healthy Plus, CMB & PRB Enterprises to HP University and Plus1. They’ve personally asked employees to hide what is going on with the company and lie to staffing agencies who are also owed a substantial amount of past due payments. Run before you too are scammed by the “man of God” that he claims that he is.
