Very professional, friendly and such nice people. On top of a very thorough exam, the relaxed atmosphere made the enjoyable.

Staff extremely courteous, I was Very comfortable during all testing, results explained in detail easily understood, not pressured to make decision on purchase of hearing aids and follow up appointments.

This doctors office visit for me was one of the best I’ve ever had. Everyone in this practice is extremely friendly from the front desk to the doctors. I asked for a two month follow-up call back because I was busy at the time and got it. Dr. Thomas was spot on with my diagnosis which helped me the very next day! I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

This place was fantastic. From the front desk to the Doctor and the student as well. They spent a ton of time with me and answered every question I had. They were tremendously informative. Would highly recommend.

Dr Claire Thomas was amazing! My daughter has struggled for years with pain in her ears and trouble hearing. Multiple previous doctors have told her that her ears looked healthy so we never went to an audiologist. I found this office on Google, and it had more than a handful of reviews. Reviews were positive. We live an hour and a half away from this office but we’re willing to make the drive if we could get answers from someone with lots of experience. It was totally worth the drive! Our daughter is so happy to finally have answers and hope that she was in tears –of joy to be validated and acceptance that she does have hearing loss. She is excited that she will be able to get hearing aides and be hearing within 2 weeks.
