I rated my experience at 5 stars! Heartland made my vehicle buying experience easy and driving away I felt I got a great deal on my new Gladiator. The salesman Red was awesome and his knowledge of the product from personal experience of owning Jeeps made it even better. Most of my communications were over text and phone which made it easy with my work schedule. I would do business with them again and will be recommending them to others. I felt they were fair and honest in their offer and communications. I wish I could add more stars to their review!

Needed the battery replaced on my Pacifica ASAP, as it is my only vehicle! None of the other dealerships were able to get it worked out, but when I spoke with Jared in Heartlands service department, he made it happen that afternoon! Not to mention, even though they seemed super busy, I was in and out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes, and my van was returned to me clean! Thank you to everyone at Heartland Dodge who contributed to getting me on the road! Excellent service!
Trey was the best. He took time to walk down with me and review the inventory when I was first looking at the used stock. When I switched my focus to new he presented me with great options to fit my need. Once I made the choice he was helpful in going over the specifics of the vehicle and helped with initial setup.

Best car buying experience hands down! And we’ve bought a quite few vehicles now. Pricing is very competitive compared to other dealers in the KC area. Red was fantastic and so easy to work with. We were even able to negotiate in having them deliver the vehicle to grain valley for us. And to pick it back and and return it, when a part comes in for the power mirrors (which was clearly disclosed prior to purchase. It just takes a few weeks for the part to come in). We didn’t finance so cannot speak on that process. But the warranty process was very low pressure compared to other dealers, which I appreciated! So glad we bought from heartland! Thank you guys!
Started out going ok. Got to finance dept.and the price went up with the ‘required’ service contract on the ‘as is’ vehicle. Smelled antifreeze, they blew it off as a smell from the service and the Auto S/S light was on. After a stressful 2 weeks of multiple calls and texts they finally agreed to replace the radiator and battery (5 stars for this). I purchased a vehicle I thought I would like. I hated it. Every day I hate it more and more. Spoke to the sales manager, he said he would do some figures and speak to the other mgr and call me back. A month later no call back. Since then, I’ve called many more times and left messages. Finally spoke to the other mgr (when I called from a different phone number) who promised the same thing. Still nothing. They got their money, now this customer is out of sight out of mind. Stuck with an overpriced vehicle that I hate. Don’t pride yourself on customer service when you lack greatly in it.
Great. Smooth process with much done up front before arriving. Red and crew were great. In/ Out under 90 minutes and pleasant experience throughout. They truly understand the buying experience doesn’t need to be hours of misery. Props to F & I too, not pushy, but informative. We drove 40 minutes one way… completely worth it. Highly recommend.

I worked with Robert to get a 2023 Ram I must say he was extremely thorough polite and patient with me. It was a seamless process from start to finish and I would not hesitate to go buy another vehicle from him in the future. Had to edit my review because they didn't complete the process of the sale in a timely manner. I only had 3 days to title my vehicle once I received the paperwork to take to the DMV! I didn't have to pay a late fee because I was able to get it done, but shouldn't have been an issue since the title work had just been sitting waiting to be sent to me. I had to reach out to them to find out what was going on. Original Review - Couldn’t have asked for a better experience while purchasing my new Jeep Wrangler! They don’t play games, their first offer was fair, and they didn’t spend an over abundance of time trying to sell me a whole bunch of add on items! Seems like they actually value their customers time! I will definitely go back the next time I am shopping for a vehicle!
