This is my second year using these guys. Last year they were great but not this year. I have a weekly contract with them, and it's been 2 weeks and they haven't shown up. I've called then several times and they keep promising to show up but they never do. Every time I call the office I'm just told they should be there today, or tomorrow, but of course no one ever comes. It looks like I will have to look elsewhere for lawn service. They have put me at a great disadvantage. I was supposed to show the house to a party that was interested in buying at one point, and I trusted them when they assured me they'd be here. But of course they didn't show, and the lawn looked horrible. I'm so frustrated and disappointed, but I'm sure there are other companies out there who are more reliable that I can count on. I'm not sure why they're neglecting me but I can't take them at their word anymore. They are just so unreliable.
