Heckart Funeral Home has served our family on several occasions. They have been most helpful. The staff are genuinely caring and professional.

Over the past five years, my family has been hit hard with the losses of both my grandmothers, my uncle, and my mother. Every possible need during such a rough time was met by Chris and his team. They’re compassionate, they’re patient, they’re personable, and they’re genuine. I really wish there was an option for infinite stars, nobody deserves it more than them <3. Millions of “Thank You’s” to all of you.

To the Heckart Team, thank you very much for the services for which you had provided. I did not have to worry about any details because of the keen attentiveness during the pre-arrangements. My wife and I were very impressed by the service of her friend, so when my wife got sick she knew where she wanted her service to be. I was nervous to make the call but those worries were set aside as soon as the conversation began. Between Ms. Donna Plummer who took care of all the arrangements, even finding a minister that my wife would have liked, and Chris Dady who stood in as the service coordinator; everything was smooth and perfect. The other members of the Heckart team or family who aided in my wife’s celebration of life were vital in the transition of visitors and setting up the facilities. Thank you Heckart (Family) for such a wonderful service and ensuring support was there in all our needs. It was a very trying time for myself and family to lose my wife, Heckart’s team you became our family in our time of need. Compassion and thoughtfulness were very appreciated. Thank you again for the beautiful service.

The staff at Heckart treat you like family at what is one of the hardest times of your life. They never rushed me or my daughter, and they asked us plenty of questions to find out what we wanted for the memorial service and burial. Jeff Page is calm, reassuring and supportive, and he did a wonderful job speaking at my husband's memorial service. Donna Plummer is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind and was indispensable when trying to plan the service, cremation and burial. My daughter and I cannot thank them enough for the care and attention they provided, and the service and burial were exactly what we wanted them to be - a celebration of my husband's life.

During this grievance period of my life, this funeral home crew was so helpful and understanding. I felt very comfortable in how they handled my needs and wishes for the service. The funeral was lovely. If you want to be treated like family, treated with comfort I recommend their service.

Very caring. This is a terribly hard process Jeff and Megan helped us thru every step of the way. To this day they still check on me and send texts, I am so grateful for them.

My mother, Erma passed away unexpectedly. We called Heckart to handle the arrangements and met Chris. He was so helpful through every step of the journey, as was the whole staff. Lost my dad and we didn't have much money. We called every where for a cremation Heckart was the cheapest we could find. They treat us with love and kindness they did everything we asked for them to do and more. They checked on us later down the road. Wouldn't go to any place else now.

I had to put my dog down September 15th, 2021. Within a day, they had my baby cremated and ready to be picked up. They left a beautiful final memory of him. I got him in a sealed bag with a gold tag inside with his name, a sweet card with condolences, and of all things a final paw print. It's so comforting to have these things, and I feel like I can get some closure from this. Thank you to the people at Heckart for giving my baby the respect in death he deserved. ️

We recently lost our beloved mother. Hechart Funeral Home was so passionate and caring through out it all. Donna Plummer even reached out not once but twice in the weeks following to make sure we were doing okay.

Jeff and his staff went above and beyond for my family when my mother passed. They helped make this difficult process of planning her funeral as easy as possible.
